This townhouse is in one of the most convenient locations imaginable! Right in the heart of Lower Sandy Bay, you have easy access to restaurants, shops, services, UTas and schools, all within a short walk. Salamanca markets, Wrest Point and the beach are only a 15mins walk away.

Originally constructed in the early 1930s, the character of the era has been maintained with the solid brick home enjoying high ceilings, gorgeous timber work and polished floors.

This apartment offers 1 bedroom, a lovely living room and an updated industrial-style kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy the blend of the old with the contemporary industrial style.

Outdoors is a shared outdoor entertainment space which is lovely for a summertime lunch. Additionally, there is off-street parking allocated for 1 vehicle.

You're going to love the location with everything at your fingertips.

Please note that I live above the unit. The unit has its own entry and is very private. Entry is via the garden and up some steps.
