Set in an amazing location it was a great and quiet surprise. Disappointed the pool wasn’t full and able to be used as the kids were looking forward to it. We also searched for 2A2C and were given a triple room - so check your options. Beautiful scenery, friendly staff and pristine location.

PoƂoĆŒenie i basen to największy atut obiektu, wƛrĂłd gĂłr, coƛ niesamowitego. Basen to wspaniaƂe odpoczęcia od gorących dni. Bungalow Ƃadnie urządzony. Jednak obiekt ma teĆŒ niestety minusy. ObsƂuga jest bardzo miƂa ale i bardzo nieogarnięta. Zapomina o rzeczach o ktĂłre się ją prosi. ƚniadania teĆŒ są minusem obiektu, pomimo duĆŒej iloƛci osĂłb obsƂugujących, bufet byƂ pusty prawie za kaĆŒdym razem gdy przyszliƛmy na ƛniadanie. OpieszaƂoƛć obsƂugi byƂa frustrująca. MoĆŒna zamĂłwić posiƂek ale bardzo dƂugo się czeka , smak nic specjalnego. Pranie byƂo pogniecione i dostaƂam rzeczy innych osĂłb. Radzę przeliczyć rzeczy zanim odda się je do prania. W pokoju klimatyzacja pomimo klimatyzatora nie dziaƂaƂa, byƂo bardzo gorąco i to nie wina wyƂączenia prądu na póƂ nocy. ByƂo tak przez caƂy pobyt. Jednak pomimo tych wad rekomenduje obiekt po poƂoĆŒenie i basen rekompensują wszystko.

Beautiful place

What a beautiful location. Set back against the hills. Falling asleep to the sounds of frogs and crickets was so peaceful. The service was great, the people were very friendly and helpful and the pool was immaculate!

Not for solo female travelers.

The hotel was a bit hard to find as there is many bungalows that include the name Tam Coc and bungalow. When I arrived to the hotel I was amazed with the views! It really is a beautiful area. The bungalow itself is very spacious, however the locks on my door did not work and the door would get stuck. The breakfast is a 8 out 10 but it is not always available at the serving time. So if they 7.. it means 7ish... The front desk has a lady who speaks great English and is very helpful. They also have a volunteer who speaks English. Now my problem with my stay. The first day I asked the volunteer(who I thought was an employee at the time) that I wanted to book a tour. He said he would book it for me and would be available tomorrow for the tour. The next day he had an issue with his cellphone and tour was not done. The next day was raining all day so I booked an extra night. However things started getting creepy when volunteer was insisting on spending his day off with me, I felt uncomfortable and stayed in my room until it was time to leave. Overall if you are a solo traveler I do not recommend this hotel. If you are with a group, want nice views, and don't mind doors that may or may not lock then by all means its is a nice hotel with potential.
