Well equipped hotel with gym amenities and outdoor pool. Toilet was well maintained too. We liked it that they had bicycles we could borrow for free which we used to cycle to nearby dining places and visited hang mua Staff speaks and communicates well in English

I got a room on the 9th floor with a beautiful and spacious balcony overlooking the karst mountains (and some factory site, but unfortunately that's how it is in Vietnam - they are working of removing old polluting industry from this pristine environment). The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke enough of English to get by. The room is of a boutique type and although a bit aged, it is beautiful. The hotel gave me two free dinners for my three night stay and they even printed a menu for me, featuring my name and the menu items. Now nice and attentive! The hotel is close to the famous Trang An world heritage site, as well as Hoa Lu, the ancient Vietnamese capita, and other site. The Hotel gave me a bicycle so I drove to Trang An, took a boat tour, and return back to the hotel. A reallky nice and pleasant stay. Thank you Ninh Binh Hidden Charm Hotel & Resort!

Our stay at the Hidden Charm was amazing. The service was impeccable, they had great tour packages that included a private tour guide and transportation services which made the experience highly enjoyable and worry free. The property has plenty of amenities, we came at a colder and rainier time but could see how this would be an even more amazing stay with warmer and sunnier weather. It’s walking distance to restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for the Ninh Binh, White Lotus experience!

The service staffs from the front desk and housekeeping are excellent. Always polite and ready to help even before you ask. The room itself is spacious, clean and fairly modern. The bathroom large and bright. My room was facing the pool, rice fields and mountain so amazing view when you wake. The room could use better lighting though. The light placement isnt great. Its ok at daytime but not great at night. The fridge at the room barely gets cold even after 24hrs. You cant adjust the settings because there is no settings to adjust. Anyone fancy drinking semi warm beer? Not me. I booked this hotel mainly for the gym which looked great in the pictures but rather dissapointing in person. It looks like they do not take care or maintain the equipment. A little lubricant and cleaning would go a long way. Some machines are broken down. But the worse thing is the floor. Its uneven in many places so everything is lopsided haha. You will know what i mean once you see it.

Kudos to the outstanding staff, Henry & Harry, for their helpful tips on exploring Ninh Binh. Despite battling a cold, their care was exceptional. Shoutout to Trahn (from the restaurant) for crafting the perfect ginger tea. The clean and spacious room added to the overall comfort of our stay. Thank you guys!

The hotel staff excelled in customer service. Our every need was attended to professionally and with a smile. The property was clean and tidy and beautifully maintained. This is probably the nicest hotel in the entire area. Location of the hotel was very convenient. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores in the area. It is a short 500 m walk to the boat launch bay for the Tam Coc water excursion.

We came to Ninh Bình and celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary and stayed in this charming hotel . The hotel prepared a surprise for us and we really appreciated the effort to make this day special for us. Hotel staff speaks English and we would like to give a shout out to Harry who checked us in and provided us with information to kick off our stay in Ninh Binh. Harry and his team made us feel welcomed and we enjoyed our short stay in Ninh Binh . We are surprised though that there is no car rentals in Ninh Binh just bicycle and motorcycle rental.
