The property is appropriate for the number of stars it has. The staff is friendly but really try to push dining at the hotel. Beds were comfortable and room was overall clean. Nothing super negative to say. Average hotel but given very limited options in the area don’t regret staying there. Breakfast is ok as well.

Perfect spot for our first visit

I would highly recommend this place for any traveler. Great location. Easy walk into Tam Coc and bike ride to Mua Cave. Pool and view are great to relax and escape the heat. Rooms are wonderful.

Beautiful hotel with a nice view and pool. The couples massage we had at the spa was excellent! Highly recommend getting one, they have magic hands. Reception is quick to respond to any of your needs. Breakfast is ok, omelets were good but coffee could be better. They had many other options, just none of them suited us.

It was wonderful. Hotel looks new and clean. Although breakfast options are limited and almost the same every day. It would be nice if they can change it up a bit every day especially the main pho dish. Other hotels we’ve stayed at have a different main dish every day.

The hotel staff excelled in customer service. Our every need was attended to professionally and with a smile. The property was clean and tidy and beautifully maintained. This is probably the nicest hotel in the entire area. Location of the hotel was very convenient. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores in the area. It is a short 500 m walk to the boat launch bay for the Tam Coc water excursion.

I got a room on the 9th floor with a beautiful and spacious balcony overlooking the karst mountains (and some factory site, but unfortunately that's how it is in Vietnam - they are working of removing old polluting industry from this pristine environment). The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke enough of English to get by. The room is of a boutique type and although a bit aged, it is beautiful. The hotel gave me two free dinners for my three night stay and they even printed a menu for me, featuring my name and the menu items. Now nice and attentive! The hotel is close to the famous Trang An world heritage site, as well as Hoa Lu, the ancient Vietnamese capita, and other site. The Hotel gave me a bicycle so I drove to Trang An, took a boat tour, and return back to the hotel. A reallky nice and pleasant stay. Thank you Ninh Binh Hidden Charm Hotel & Resort!

Our stay at the Hidden Charm Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable and relaxing experience. A special mention goes to Thank from customer support, who truly exceeded our expectations. Not only was Thank incredibly attentive and helpful, but she also surprised us with a cake for my wife’s birthday, making our stay even more special. Dinh in the restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Her kindness and readiness to assist us at every meal made dining a pleasure, which is tricky with a two year old. Vu Minh worked tirelessly to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed, and we are deeply grateful for his efforts. The barman around the pool was another joy. His cheerful and happy demeanor added a delightful touch to our poolside relaxation. Overall, the whole team pulled out all the stops to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel’s great facilities and prime location ( not even an 5 minute walk to restaurants annd excursions) only added to the experience. I highly recommend the Hidden Charm Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and delightful stay.

Good location, nice room with wonderful view. Good breakfast with many options. Only female Staffs at the front desk are helpful in a smile faces. - Male receptionists are unfriendly in his grimace faces. We didn’t like this and felt bad to ask him to assit us. The manager should adjust the staff attitude. - When we checked out, we forgot the conical hat in room. i saw it next to the luggage rack and I thought my sis would take it down but she didn’t. I asked the staff to check it but the answer is nothing. It is unbelievable and we believed that they got it. It is not valuable but this is bad service of staffs.

Thee place to stay when visiting

Exceptional hotel, perfect location. Our room was beautiful and the view from my window was spectacular. It sits at the beginning of the road, full of restaurants and bars and many things to see and do. Annie The receptionist was most welcoming and accommodating. She is always running around making sure everybody is happy.

The room was spacious and clean. The garden had nice paper lanterns which created lovely views to the entrance. However, the bed was too hard and uncomfortable. The pressure of the water in the bathroom was weak. The furniture was outdated and the carpet too. The hotel was gloomy and sad. I didn't like the energy of it at all. However, I have to say that Annie at the reception was great. She wentbout of her way to resolve an inconvenience created by a tour company that was supposed to provide us with a private tour. Annie handled the situation very professionally and made sure we were well and ok after that trip. Thank you very much, Annie

I had very pleasant stay. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff - engaged with guests to get to know them and make them feel like home. Breakfast buffet was good, got free bikes to ride around - some of the bikes probably unsafe and needed of service/replacement. Overall, I am very happy with it.

This hotel is one of the best hotels that you can find in this area. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. It is located near the main road and you can find restaurants, bars and businesses within a walking distance. I recommend this hotel to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

Fint, men servicen MÅ bli bedre!

Alt i alt så var det et meget bra opphold. MEN servicen må forbedres!!!!! Noen av de ansatte fremstår å ha meget liten erfaring noe som preger hvordan de møter gjestene og forståelsen av bra service. Alle var høflige, men feks måtte vi vente over 20 minutter på drikker vi hadde bestilt. Ved frokosten gikk det også treigt, noen av servitørene hadde liten erfaring/dårlig opplæring noe som gjorde at ting gikk sakte og maten bestilt var feil.
