"Although the staff were reasonably nice, the building is beautiful, and the room had heating, we experienced several disappointing things. We are not going back. The location: The neighborhood was very loud (this was a Friday night), and it is not particularly easy to reach the port. Taxis had to go pretty far out of the way, and if traffic was bad, really far out of the way, to get there. One taxi ride to the port cost me 15 MDH, but the return was just 5. "It is a hidden gem. The hotel feels so welcoming, like staying in someone's home but free to go and come back anytime by just ringing the bell. It is discreet and not really need bumping into other guests. The gardens are like a secret garden and just romantic. The best house with a seaview! "

"Cuando llegué resulta que no tenían habitación para mi por haber reservado con expedia, ellos solo trabajan con booking, tuve que esperar mas de una hora para que lo resolviera el hombre de la riad que habló con un amigo y me llevo a otra mucho peor, pero no es su culpa, su Riad estaba muy bien. "Staff was very friendly and attentive for our needs. Cafe with complimentary breakfast had a great view and good was great. We also ate dinner there one night which was very good. Additionally the front desk set us up with an amazing guide to the city. All in all a great experience. "
