The property manager was great to deal with and got back to us immediately if we had any questions. Quiet area at night. Quiet building. Respectful tenants. I would recommend as I’m from Calgary even to use if u are in town for stampede or downtown events as it’s a 3 minute walk to the train straight downtown. And much more quiet and affordable than staying in the downtown core. Great access to all major roadways in and out of city! "
