It was perfect for what we needed. The photos of the inside were exactly as is. Lots of beds, sleeps a large family comfortably. Three bathrooms were very handy. View of the lake was awesome! We had a great weekend!

Great Stay Near Nashville

Property was great, clean, beautiful. Host was incredibly responsive and made it easy to get any questions answered that came up. The property was fantastic! Quiet area with direct access ti the lake. The house itself was very spacious and perfect for a long weekend getaway.

Great Lake location

Our family of 9 had a great time. Suggest renting a pontoon boat from the neighbor - very fun! Owner was very responsive to messages and answered all questions quickly.

Great place for our family!

We were in Nashville for a wedding and this place was perfect. Short drive to downtown. We are already talking about going back in the summer to enjoy the lake and outdoor space more. Thanks Kellie for having us!

Beautiful spot on the lake

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very roomy with plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen was well-equipped and had a beautiful view of the lake. It was a nice property in a great neighborhood.

Thanksgiving Holiday

We used this as a meeting point for our Thanksgiving holiday. The location it was a great location, view was amazing. The decor could be a bit updated and maybe add some rugs to accommodate the different thresholds throughout (wouldn’t want anyone to trip) :)

23 yr Army reunion

The house was awesome. Great views. Everything was as advertised. 8 of us Army buddies were able to meet up after 23 yrs. Thanks for the rental and a place to pick up where we left off and make more memories.

Family Vacation

The size of the property and the fact that it has three full baths make it ideal for a family gathering. Its location is central to shopping and downtown which we did both. The host was very accommodating and quick with responses. We had a power outage, and she went out of her way and brought us ice and flashlights. Housekeeping could be improved and the deck furniture cushions and living room furniture should be updated. The dock appeared to be recently updated and was very nice although the steps going down to it are steep.

Wedding family stay

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding that was at a venue 20 minutes away. Plenty of room for us, our adult children their kids 9 & 6 and a set of grand parents. And our 19 & 20 year old. 10 of us total. Plenty of beds for everyone. We did have a service animal also and we let owners know she was coming since I read a review someone was charged a fee. That was not the case for us. If you read that review it was not due to the animal. Kellie was quick to respond to any questions we had. View of lake was beautiful and deck and dock were nice to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of room

Comfortable spaces for our large group to spread out. Sun room was good for teenagers but no insulation or central air. Though we couldn’t all eat together inside or out. Great opportunity to rent motor boat or kayaks from hosts but we also brought a lot of floats, life vests, beach towels, coolers, etc of our own since none there. Close to two foot sandbar hangout. Outdoor grill was nice. Not too far from grocery store or restaurants. Plenty of parking. Lots of steps from house to water - not for anyone with mobility issues. Great view from deck. Used the fire pit for s’mores and brought and end table down from deck but opted to sit on stairs or grass than lug chairs up and down.

The property was just what we needed for our high school anglers to prepare for their fishing tournament on Old Hickory Lake. Everything was exactly as described and in working order. If we have to fish Old Hickory again I hope to stay here again as well.

Making memories

We had all the grandparents, grandbabies and grown kids under one roof. There was a great view from the deck, a good kitchen, hot showers and comfy beds. We had a wonderful time.

Clean comfortable house. Kellie and Chip are outstanding host! We rented a very nice pontoon boat from Chip which he kindly parked at the dock and provided whatever we needed. It was a great week!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend you let people know to bring hangers, since there weren't any in the closets. Also, since there is no door to the downstairs corner bedroom, it would be nice to at least have some type of curtain to close if off for privacy. We had a really great time, and appreciated your quick responses to questions. Thank you!
