"Expedia MESSED up my reservation BAD (long story) we spent HOURS in the office going back and forth on the phone with Expedia, our phones were dieing, it had been a LONG day... Even though we were frustrated and exhaust, the lady at the front desk let us charge our phones, grab a warm cup of coffee and remained calm and helpful. Anyone else in her situation would've been super irritated."

"The staff were friendly and helpful at checkin. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall (I later found it in the bottom drawer). There was a roach leg on the floor by the bed. Dirt and toilet paper scraps on the bathroom floor. Used bar of soap was still in the shower. The sink faucet wobbled back and forth. The water did work and did get hot. The towels smelled bad but appeared clean. There was graffiti on the head board. They did not turn on the ac prior to my arrival so the room was an...

"Although I had to clean the room when I got here. Isnt 90 buck too much specifically because I had to do my own cleaning. (And while I’m here that’s what I will do no maid service needed cause evidently they can’t clean) and the remote doesn’t control the volume of the tv the tv has no buttons. It’s a place to lay my head until I can find a house. "
