"When it was time to check out the staff was rushing me and they were very rude"

"I selected the sweetheart room when i booked the stay but only got butterflies on the wall. It was okay. The room was clean and the staff came right over to fix the television. I didn't get to use the hot tub or the fireplace. "

"Hotel is rundown. Chips and broken structures, abandoned patio furniture in the patio outside the front door. Knife elevators was broken. Wallpaper mismatched and peeling. Towels as thin as paper towels, landscape overgrown and messy. Hair dryer looked like it was from 1980. Felt unsafe because of the poor condition of the physical plant. Hotel may be in a transition phase but has seen better days. Wouldn’t recommend"

"Staff was welcoming. Breakfast was cold and unappetizing unfortunately. The room was recently upgraded but the hallways and lobby were very stained and smelled like cigarettes."

"This place was the nastiest place I have ever seen I booked and paid for 15 nights. I stayed one and left. I had to go book somewhere else and it cost me 1000 bucks. I wouldn’t take a poop in this place not alone to shower. the pictures are misleading. The elevator buttons are broken, homeless people everywhere the room is so small if you were a fart, you would smell it a week later."
