Parking could use some work but they are trying to keep the underground secure. Atm they have hired security for afterhours parking assistance. The area is a bit run down. The hotel staff are wonderful and you can see that they are doing a lot of renovations and improvements. Breakfast was great and has good hours. I was even able to get something printed by front desk which I appreciated. Check in and out was fast.

Great location and staff was nice, but the room really needs paint and upgraded fixtures. It was clean, but felt a bit like a hostel or cheap hotel.
