"Understaffed for the holidays didn't stop them from being super friendly & accommodating. It was deff a lovely warm welcome back to a place I called home for awhile. Our dog was happy to meet the check in person and say goodbye. Very cozy and super close to everything we wanted to do. "
"Staff was friendly and accommodating, the hotel is clean and well kept. We enjoyed the High Rails rooftop bar and restaurant. I will most definitely book another stay."
"The greatest attribute of this hotel is the mattresses. IMO, they are outstanding. The cleaning staff forgot to replenish the coffee each morning, but we just called and got some. "
"A great alternative to a big hotel. Immaculately clean w tasteful, minimalist decor. Although we didn't use the attractive parlor or dining room, we did have the breakfast room/kitchen to ourselves. I enjoyed looking out through the glass wall into the cozy but beautiful fenced-in backyard. That is, until the Musak kicked in at 7AM. It WAS very low, but does anyone want to listen to someone else's taste in music that early? I had to retreat back to my room. Pros: Very comfortable bed & linens, quality soaps & lotions, good coffee, great tea selection, automatic bathroom nightlight, super quiet, ample parking. The only negative (besides the lackluster breakfast) was the multiple reminders that it cost $25 to check in early. When traveling, it's hard to judge arrival time, so we walked around in freezing rain killing time til 4pm on the dot. No hotel or BnB does this. A bit off putting for $300."
