Would have liked to see more kitchen items. Only 1 bowl, toaster would have been nice as well. The door between the bedroom and bathroom was locked which was strange so had to walk around to get to bathroom each time. Think the neighbors smoked a lot of pot because apartment smelled like it all weekend. But overall it was a good stay.

My husband and I had such a wonderful 3-day stay over the New Years holiday. The location can't be beat with tons of restaurants just out of the building door and walkable everything in the center of downtown. The unit is adorable with a great set up and a pretty cool panoramic view of the city market / mooresquare park end of DT. The unit was clean and comfy with toiletry baskets in both bathrooms that included a supply of towels and cloths which was a nice touch. Communication and check-in was always smooth and prompt and the renters are friendly and accommodating. While we didnt get a chance to enjoy all the amenities with the weather, the options are outstanding, with roof top gym, work lounge and pool. We are most definitely staying again when visiting my home city of Raleigh.

It was requested that I delay my arrival until 3:00, that worked fine so I agreed. Once I arrived I was asked to wait until 4:00 as they were still cleaning—not what I wanted after driving 5 hours. After finally receiving access to the apartment I was disappointed with the cleanliness or lack thereof. It had not been vacuumed, there was trash in the kitchen drawers, there was no top sheet one one of the beds, the towels were new and not been laundered (the tags were still on), the living room tv didn’t work… I could go on. But the location was good and the apartment has a lot of potential.

Great location for the event we were attending. Nice sandwich shop called Manhattan Cafe just around the corner and several other places all within walking distance. Kitchen had the bare minimum of equipment and could use some more pans for cooking, an oven-mitt would have been nice and more utensils. The parking situation is great there!! Rooms were nice. Could use a basic chest of drawers in the smaller room as there was no place to store your clothes once there.
