"So I stayed at the property for 3 days. I must say that the staff work very hard to maintain this facility. The breakfast is fantastic, as they have all sorts of things to chose from and being a vegetarian I was able to enjoy the eggs and fruits/granola options, but they also have meats, juices, and yes coffee. One thing you need to realize is that Sao Paulo, LIKE ALL OFF IT ( downtown core)has tremendously large homelessness and street drug problem. As a forigner, you need to learn to adapt...

"This is not a hotel - it’s more like a virtual hotel with access through the web. No front desk with a doorman (person) providing no assistance since it’s a mostly a residential building. 360 occupies 2 floors of the building which they make available through a convoluted email system. Very poorly organized with not much instruction. Would not recommend a stay without fully understanding the system. No housekeeping and a change in towels costs you extra (when they email you back)."
