"Beautiful hotel, convenient to the train station and many good restaurants, including their own. Breakfast buffet was amazing, and every single employee we interacted with was beyond helpful. Everything was in perfect working order, including great AC on some unseasonably hot days."

"Bernini Palace hotel is a perfectly situated grand hotel. It lies within the heart of Florence. Very near to the Piazzale degli Uffizi It has very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. The staff were more than friendly and eager to help whenever they could. The rooms were decorated in a manner fitting with the age of the hotel and were quite varied. They had modern and well-appointed bathrooms. The small details were not overlooked at this hotel."

"The hotel and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. However, the service did not quite meet our expectations. When we arrived, our room was missing some basic amenities, and it took multiple calls to have the issue addressed. While the staff eventually resolved the situation and made an effort to compensate for the inconvenience by gifting us a bottle of wine, it would have been preferable if everything had been prepared properly from the start. Other than that staff was friendly and the location was great!"
