"Great little cabin near town. Had an amazing time, cabin was only down the street from grocery store and barely 5 into town. Hot tub worked and was amazing for the cool nights. Wife and I plan on coming again here next year."

"We had a lovely stay! The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with thoughtful extras like shampoo, coffee, and laundry detergent. The modern kitchen was well stocked, and the lower level was essentially a full apartment—perfect for traveling with another couple.We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening, listening to crickets and taking in the peaceful mountain setting.A note for future guests: The final half-mile is a very steep, narrow, single-lane mountain road with sharp switchbacks and steep drop-offs, with few places to pull over for oncoming vehicles. If you’re uncomfortable driving mountain roads or afraid of heights, consider this before booking. We made it just fine, but it’s not for the faint of heart!Rodney was an exceptional host with excellent communication. He provided detailed information before our arrival and was readily available for questions and local recommendations.Despite the adventurous drive, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!"

"The house itself was wonderful. Large dining room and living room. Great windows to look at the lake. Clean and well kept. Easy to find and close to everything. One thing we did not see and would have been nice to know was that there're no stairs to the lower level where 4 of the beds are from the inside. The only way to get to them was from the outside. We also knew there were stairs down to the lake, but did not realize there was about 6 flights of steps down. It was fine for my husband and I, but not for my parents who are older. We would stay again, just maybe with a different group."
