Apartment was well equipped and nicely furnished and in an ideal position within a lovely medieval town. Parking was very near as are many very good restaurants. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away. I would highly recommend this apartment and as a place to explore the Basque region by car or local bus."

"The apartment is well positioned right next to the navette across the bay to Spain and is only a short walk from the fabulous beach and the view from the balcony is lovely. It is a little tired in places but was clean and warm with lots of hot water. Communication with the host was good and we were met on our arrival. The parking space is very welcome and would be even more so in high season. We had to leave several days early as building works started in the restaurant below and the noise was too much. This was not the fault of the host who offered a refund for the nights lost. I would recommend this apartment if you are staying in Hendaye but don't forget your sheets and towels! I can't quite understand why, when paying such high rents, these basics are not provided but it seems to be the way with coastal rentals. "
