"Beds are really hard and uncomfortable need to update walls are thin you can hear tv from the next room. The above room over your room walking is very loud. Would not stay again."

"The room was recently renovated, and this is my second stay at this hotel. This time, they disappointed me a lot. The room was extremely noisy. The walls must be very thin because I could hear the kids screaming and running around. I went hiking, so I had a long day and wanted to take a nice warm shower. However, the water wasn’t warm at all, and there was barely any water pressure (my room was on the third floor). I was cold during the shower, and when I tried to use the body wash, the pump wasn’t working either. The next morning, I went for breakfast, but there were several empty trays that were never refilled — no boiled eggs and no yogurt. I only had a small amount of scrambled eggs (whatever they had left) and one apple. I paid almost $270 per night. The outside looks nice, but the overall experience made me very angry."

"Only reason I gave low rating was because the management was not considerate for guest requesting early checkout. I booked 2 nights here for Jasper trip with my family however there was unexpected snowstorm so we decided to cut our trip short. I called Expedia to reqyest early checkout and refund my 1 night stay and they are willing to do so as long as the hotel management approves however the manager rejected it and even not consider partial refund. really dissapointed!"
