"Wonderful relaxing getaway home with so many special touches! We enjoyed coffee on the front porch watching the birds and catching up with each other. The beds, bedding and towels were excellent and added to the homey feel. We had a rainy day and enjoyed watching a movie and playing games. Kitchen well equipped, extra blankets, towels and pillows. The donut shop down the road was nice too, we highly recommend it. Great communication and everything was even better than described."

"We loved the old house and the old time feel. It had a lot of character and a lot of antiques but also friendly for kids of all ages. They just said put it up high if little hands would touch it. We would love to come to this same house for another vacation. We were all sad to leave!"

"We visited Savannah for our youngest daughter’s wedding at the Red Gate Farms venue and RV resort. The trip included my husband, our two oldest children and their spouses along with our two granddaughters. Your home was perfect for our family during this busy time. My son and his family used the two rooms together. My daughter and her husband used the opposite bedroom up stairs. My husband and I used the one off from the kitchen. We would stay here again . Loved that it was a quiet neighborhood...

"We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our large, extended family. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect set up for several family groups to stay in one home. We loved the outdoor covered area and pier/dock. The Cornhole game was a hit. We even caught some crabs. The yard/pier/dock was a concern when I booked because our group included 2 children under 4. However I was pleasantly surprised to find it was totally safe with wire fencing on all sides. Savannah and the many beaches...

"We stayed here for 1 night while passing through from FL to NC. The house was a short distance from I-95, so that was nice. It was very quaint. We were traveling with dogs, so the backyard would have been nice, except the grass was a bit long, so we could not let them out. However, the quiet older neighborhood allowed for great leash-walking! This was a nice alternative to a hotel because it was quiet and gave us a little more space. We were there for less than 12 hours, so we did not have...

"There are many pros with this property but a few cons. Beds were hard as a rock, had difficulty sleeping there 5 nights. Neighborhood is a little sketchy, I also regret not staying closer to Savannah. We caught a few small bass and a catfish in pond behind house. I requested twice to chat with local owner/ property manager before our trip as we had questions about fishing, ect and never heard back so that’s a CON about this listing for sure."
