"Location for the home was a blessing and a chore. On the one hand there was wildlife (an elusive black bear!) and amazing trails. On the other it took 20 minutes on narrow, partially paved back roads to get there from the main road (19 into Fayetteville). From there you could get anywhere easily. House is very nice and spacious with a beautiful common area. Cleaners might want to inspect dishes better. It seems trusting to me to count on outgoing guests to clean dishes for the next group. Not sure if we would pick again, but we rarely repeat. Definitely no regrets. "
