"Loved my stay at Macalister Terraces. Beautiful designed while retaining the building’s historical soul and character. The hotel although small it offers that added advantage of providing a family and personable service. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the lovely Marie/Maria she has a warm motherly character she took the trouble to guide me through every point of my room, how the ac works, and the other amenities within the hotel., bless her she really made me feel at home. One thing to note there is no elevator and if your room is on second floor you will need to walk up two flight of stairs. So if you have a lot of suitcases just be prepared. In all I would certainly recommend. The location is ideally located near to all excellent dining spots as well as historical sites in George Town. The area is also very quiet at night."

"It was a wonderful experience we stayed in OZO . The bed is super comfy and we have a really good sleep . The stuff was super nice and super helpful . And love the parking system with lift . We don’t have to drive all the way up to the multilevel parking . Simply drive your car into the lift and it will bring you to the parking lot . It was an easy and quick parking system . Well done 👍 Dont worry the Ozo stuff will be there to assist you . Would love to come back again 👍😍 From. Jim & Jasica"

"This was a beautiful hotel and the bedroom was spotless - as were all the communal areas. The Glasshouse was a lovely place to eat and drink and the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. There are roadworks around the property right now but this is not really an issue once you’re inside so don’t let this put you off."

"- [ ] Hotel is close to bus terminal, foods, supermarkets and malls - [ ] Easy access for grab drivers - [ ] Lovely staff in all areas - [ ] There is a mini mart next to the reception - [ ] Breakfast buffet is average. Turn over is fast between guests and they are always restocking the food trays. Only 1 coffee machine so there will be a line, they do also serve ginger tea with lemon slices, honey and ginger slices. which is really accommodating to those who end up sick from travel and weather changes. - [ ] Room is decent, ac works good, bathroom shower will overflow so just be aware that your mat will get wet, there is a bidet but didnt use it. - [ ] You will hear guests around you drop items, shower pressure on high during day/night. - [ ] You will hear the street noise, HIN markets is just downstairs and on weekends or events they practice their sings for performances all morning, so the sounds comes all the way up the building. Best to wear earplugs or be out all day to avoid. - [ ] Water filter and shared ironing board were easy to use. - [ ] Room service has decent foods and again lovely staff, 2nd last day after a long day out the person taking my order forgot to grab the room number and my food got cold and i called back as they were waiting for me. They redid the order. - [ ] Didnt get to use the swimming pool/gym - [ ] Down lebuh presgrave there is a small hawker stalls and muscle man char koay kak (carrot cake) is there, also down lebuh mcnair there is a food"
