The hotel staff always greet you and remember your name. Which adds a very personal touch. No matter how long you are staying at the hotel they will treat you like a VIP. "What a lovely hotel. Excellent rooms, well positioned in the Old Quarter, near lots of great restaurants and walking is very safe. The lake is a short distance away. The superb staff is always welcoming, friendly and happy! This was the perfect base camp for our almost 2 week exploration of northern Vietnam. The staff reached out to us and coordinated our arrival, helped with airport transfers too! Every side trip we did the hotel kept our large bags safe, welcomed us with drinks and fresh towels. The travel staff helped us plan and get to various sites in Hanoi. We used grab - it was perfect! Oh the breakfast! Best we have had anywhere hands down! The roof top bar is a must and has a great happy hour! While we didn’t use the spa, others said it was great as well. I strongly recommend this lovely hotel for any of your travel in Hanoi! Thank you for a great experience! Thank you Chloe and Victor and all the staff! It was our total pleasure to meet all of you!!!"

"The best and friendly hotel in Hà Nội khu Pho cổ. (Old Dishtrict) I am an Vietnamese Canadian who born in Saigon Escaped from Ba Ria / Vung Tau in Oct 1982 with 61 people. The boat was 11 metter long drove by a guy 20 years old. After 4 day and night we came to Kuching Sarawak which belong to Malaysia. That guy settled in Toronto Ontario Canada. He is holding BSc. In Computer Science (BSc or Cu Nhan). He served more than 25 yrs for Canadian and US Intel. Above is my commands after staying in this hotel"
