Super clean, lots of free amentities and in a great location. Super quiet so a great place for some sleep, but very thin mattresses meant it was uncomfortable at times.
We got a private section shared between 3 friends,
The room was clean well taken care of, however the mattresses were not as comfortable but that to be expected for a capsule hotel
The building might put you off, but once you get into the floors of the pods it completely changes. Staff was welcoming and easy to talk to. Check and put was smooth and painless. The inside of the pod areas were very clean and well kept. The pods were very spacious and the restrooms were kept clean. Can't say about the other people there, but that's neither here nor there, you can control people. But the company does an excellent job with the property. Highly recommend and will be staying here again
This property was difficult to find - was standing outside where google maps had it and it took three or four times walking past to spot that it was through some glass doors and then up the lift. The mattress was very thin so for ladies with hips it isn’t overly comfortable! Was nice and clean though
I just LOVED this capsule hotel!! It is so conveniently located next to the train station surrounded by so many dining options as well.
The women's capsule area was so well thought out. They had a powder room, an area with locks to put your suitcases, little dressing rooms with curtains and a large mirror, very nice shower capsule with a basket to put your toiletries so they don't get wet.
I also loved the common room which has a machine where you can enjoy free hot drinks. It also has tables, a vending machine with drinks and cup noodles, plus an area with a large screen to watch tv. On the same floor as the lounge area is a restaurant with delicious skewers for a very affordable price.
the capsules themselves are very cozy, complete with a little TV and headphone set.
Somewhat difficult to find for non-Japanese speakers. On the upper floors of a building with no real signage outside. Go to the address and snoop around in the lobby and you’ll find it well enough though.
Inside it’s quite clean and well organized.
The hotel was conveniently located near the station, so it was easy for us to come and go. They also allowed us to keep our bags there before check-in, so that made it easier for us to walk around town.
Just within 3 min walking distance from station.
In general, the facility is tidy and clean.
There is a locker inside the sleeping cabinet, it is good for backpack traveler.
The staff are nice. I will come back again if travel in west Japan area.
There is a working space which you can eat and study on 6/F.
The only thing I would like to suggest that would be nice to add a door for the suitcase keeping area so that traveler can tidy their staff in the area not in the sleeping area.
This is my third visit. Located right in front of the station, it is accessible, and the shopping district connected to this hotel is equipped with an arcade, making it a great place to go to Himeji Castle. Most of the items needed for the trip are provided, and the shower room and toilet are also cleaned by the staff from time to time, making it very clean. You can have some coffee and drinks in the lounge on the sixth floor, and it's a very comfortable place to wrap up the day. I'll use it again next time!

Disliked: Staff & service
We booked a family room at the Tabist CapsuleHotel in Himeji and had a very bad experience. The family rooms are all together with no lock on individual doors, in the middle of the night (after 2 am), a "family" of several drunk men returned to the capsule hotel and started talking loudly in the room next door, waking us up. When my wife confronted them, they laughed at her. When we brought this the staff, they were superficially apologetic but made no mention of talking any steps to prevent such an occurrence in the future. My wife was so bothered that she barely slept.
