This home is Fore Shore your place for an island refuge in Sea Pines, Hilton Head. 4 bdrm/2.5bth. Perfect for small groups and families who want to be close to the beach, world class golf and some of the best restaurants and shops Sea Pines and Hilton Head have to offer. Main level Master Suite with tub and shower. Walk-in closet and double vanity. Vaulted ceilings and bright skylights fill the main level with natural light. Fully stocked and updated kitchen opens into the dining room and vaulted great room.


Upstairs you will find a bunk room with a twin over full as well as another comfortable living space with couch and entertainment center/dresser. Continue up the stairs to find two more bedrooms with a jack and jill bath, Queen beds, dressers and nightstands.


Relax with your morning coffee on a Good sized rear deck with a sitting area, dining set and gas grill overlooking a private back yard and trail that takes you from your back door to all the shops around Sea Pines Circle.


The 2 car garage provides room for parking and/or storing your beach stuff. A Washer/Dryer and tub sink are also conveniently located here.


The immediate neighborhood is perfect for riding your bike with easy access to the trails. If you prefer walking, you are feet away from great places for brunch, ice cream, restaurants and grocery shopping. Leave your car behind and take an evening stroll that is quiet with virtually no traffic.

Awesome place!

Such a great long weekend! This house is perfect for families. Well appointed, clean and super convenient as it’s very close to the sea pines gate and bike paths!

Maintenance items needing to be done

There were a few items we noticed during our recent stay that need repairing. This is in no way a criticism or negative comment, just an FYI to the owners and maintenance team. 1. The bunkbed has loose bolts, making it almost unsafe. All loose bolts should be tightened. 2. There were one, maybe two, light bulbs burnt out in the overhead light in the bedroom with the bunkbed. 3. The light in the master bathroom shower did not work. 4. The bathtub in the master bathroom has come off its seal, making it no longer leak-tight.
