After entering through the ground-level mudroom, take the stairs up to a warm, inviting interior where the open-concept main living area awaits. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need—from modern appliances to cookware—making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, with additional bar seating for more casual meals or evening conversation. Just beyond the living area, which includes a cozy sleeper sofa, step out onto your private back patio to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the tranquil lagoon views and lush Lowcountry landscape.

On the half level, you’ll find a twin bedroom with a detached en-suite bathroom. Cleverly designed, this bathroom also serves the main living area—balancing both privacy and convenience for your group.

On-site amenities include a Pool and Tennis Courts. The Beach is nearby, as are Waterskiing, Boating, Fishing, Golf , Horseback Riding, and Live Entertainment . The resort is located within Sea Pines Plantation a private gated community . Please make arrangements to store any boats, jet skis and kayaks outside of Sea Pines . Campers, RV`s, motorcycles and motorized scooter/skateboards are not allowed.

Please note that pets are not allowed in our property. If a pet is found on the premises, a $500 pet fee will be charged, and you will be asked to make boarding arrangements for your pet for the remainder of your stay.
