Our stay in Hilton Head was great! The house was very easy to find and is in a fantastic neighborhood. There is a path that leads you to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked. The rooms were nice. The house is a lot bigger in person and very spaced out. The pool and hot tub were also great for the kids. No complaints.
We loved everything about our stay here. It is exactly as (or better than) advertised. The home is in a beautiful location. It had everything we could’ve needed to make our stay comfortable. It’s only a short bike ride away from the beach and ruins. It is laid out so that everyone has plenty of room to hang or have their own space. We had deer in the back yard every morning. Overall just a very peaceful place to be. We are already planning our next trip here in December! 10/10 recommend!!
A GREAT HOUSE!
3 families- 7 kids (2-12) stayed onsite.
No surprise July on HHI is hot!
Mornings bike to the beach (10 minutes w/kids to access 25- our favorite in Sea Pines), lunch, naps/quiet time, books, then pool time. Dinner out or in (well equipped kitchen- if you have great cooks like ours).
Recommendations- Nectar (great breakfasts & HUGE sticky buns!), Low Country Backyard (Sea Food Pruloo!) and of course Salty Dog (Key Lime Pie).
The POOL is convenient refreshment just steps off the raised deck (sliding gate- a bit sticky). Plenty of seating, tables too.
We thoroughly enjoyed the house!
We had a wonderful stay at Deer Run. We were four adults and three children. The house is very spacious, tons of room to be together for dinners etc. but also places for some quiet time. The kids room over the garage was perfect. The house was spotless when we arrived and is incredibly well equipped. There is everything you need to cook and eat very happily. Even plastic cups and plates for little ones. The pool and hot tub were wonderful to have, even on the odd rainy day. Location is perfect. 5 minute bike ride to the beach, even with kids on bikes. And maybe 15 to Harbour Town. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return.
We recently returned from a fantastic spring break at a beautiful Sea Pines rental on Hilton Head Island, and I wanted to share our experience. The house itself was incredibly spacious and perfectly suited our family of six. We especially appreciated the open-plan kitchen, dining, and family room – it was the perfect hub for both enjoying delicious meals together and catching up on the March Madness games! The kids (and adults!) were thrilled with the private pool and hot tub; the heated pool was a real lifesaver, allowing us to enjoy it even on slightly cooler evenings. Each member of our family had their own comfortable sleeping space, which contributed significantly to a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The location within Sea Pines was also ideal, offering easy access to the beach, various activities, and restaurants. We truly had an unforgettable family vacation, and the comfortable and well-equipped house played a significant role in making it such a success. I highly recommend considering this property for your next family getaway.
Our family of nine thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to HHI staying at this home on Deer Run Lane. Upon entering this home, our family was impressed with the comfortable decor and the spaciousness. All of us had our own comfortable bed to sleep in (no pull out couches needed.) There were plenty of spaces for all of us to enjoy a family meal together or play games. If anyone needed a quiet place, there were plenty of those spaces, too!
Outside, the in ground pool, hot tub and deck allowed us hours of fun after spending time at the beach which was only a 15 minute walk away. We enjoyed riding bikes to the beach, Harbour Town and exploring the endless bike trails on the resort.
The Sea Pines Resort is a beautiful and safe community. Shopping, restaurants and golf were easily accessible. Tesla charging was also super convenient. We can’t wait to plan our next trip back to the island and are so grateful to have found a wonderful gem of a home to be a part of a memorable vacation!
This house was very lovely. However, the cleanliness of the house was just ok and the there was not any pool lights for night swimming. However, we enjoyed our stay!
Really enjoyed the house and pool. However, the house was not a clean as I would have liked it. Lots of cobwebs all over the house; they were in just about every room.
Great space for extended family to spread out and have some privacy. Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Pool was a good size and the hot tub was nice to have without paying extra. Loved the screened porch for morning coffee time. Very clean. Too far from the beach for little kids to walk, so we rented bikes and a kids trailer. We would rent this again!
Nice place for a large family to gather. Note it costs $9/day $25/week for anyone to enter Sea Pines. You get one car pass with the booking. Plan to get to a grocery early on. Very skimpy on amenities, ie dishwasher soap, tissues, trash bags. Sea Pines has a lot to offer for family fun. We had a toddler and loved every minute.

Great vacation
We just returned home from our week long stay in Hilton Head. We loved this home in Sea Pines. We all loved Sea Pines. It is so quiet and peaceful. The home is beautifully decorated. I love all the details. It is very bright, roomy, and clean. We had ten people staying there and we never felt like we were on top of each other. I loved the large master bath. I especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub and sitting on the deck. It was so relaxing. The path to the beach is right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again!
Loved 3 Deer Run. The house is very clean. Pool and hot tub are great. Back yard does get covered with debris from trees ( especially tables and chairs). But it didn’t stop us from returning a 2nd year! Owners should consider a more comfortable rug for living room (with sectional), kids didn’t like sitting on the rug to play games, (to rough). We had a couple minor issues but the managers responded quickly and issues were resolved!

Not bad , some problems.
Overall the stay was not bad. Had problems with the TV. Only one worked. The furniture in the room that had a working TV was very uncomfortable. Sunk into the couch cushions and could hardly get out. The chairs were for looking at, not sitting. The guest bedroom with the two full beds had wet mattresses, and had to put extra blanket and towels underneath the guest to sleep on. The fridge had no temp control and made very little ice. Not enough parking for 4 cars and was asked not to use garage, even though there was plenty of room to park a car in there. The fourth bedroom had two twin beds that were very uncomfortable. Not suited for 4 adults to have their own separate accommodations. Great house for kids. Won't get it again for a golf outing. It was a beautiful house and with a little work it could be a great vacation home.
Very nice home/well decorated with keeping room with TV/fireplace and a formal living room with a fireplace.
Kitchen was well stocked with pans/pots/etc needed for cooking. Bring your own olive oil/spices/etc. Came with a garbage bag in each trash can and one roll of paper towels-so bring some/buy from grocery store.
Nice bike ride to the beach! Looking forward to visiting again. Had a brief water pressure issue due to a broken irrigation line from a root breaking the PVC pipe, but Jim had it addressed right away like a great property manager would!
Great property in a great location. Very clean and updated with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The gas BBQ grill was a bonus. Quiet neighborhood and super convenient to everything that Hilton Head has to offer.
House and property very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Everything was up to par and above expectations. Only complaint was the pool Chlorine levels where too high for our little children. Other than that it was a perfect week.
We truly enjoyed our first ever stay in Sea Pines in this beautiful home. It was nicely decorated and clean. Overall a beautiful home in an awesome location with bike trails and close access to the beach! Can’t wait to go back again hopefully next year.
Could not have lived this place more!!! I have already recommended to numerous people.
Perfect location, gorgeous home that felt like being at home, stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, close to everything, comfortable beds, pleasant discovery of two refrigerators for all the food and groceries I brought and very comfortable beds!!!
The house was a great setup for us. The heated pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, got used quite a bit. Response from property management was on spot. Would highly recommend
5 of us ended up coming to this property, it was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful place to gather. Easy to get to grocery stores and places to see along with shopping. We rode bikes to most places in sea pines. We would rent here again
We had a wonderful time staying at this home in HHI. The rental was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a great layout. The kitchen was stocked very well and there was an extra fridge in the laundry room which was very convenient. We absolutely loved having the spacious pool and the shade and privacy from all the trees. We saw lots of deer in the backyard! We did have one of the A/C units malfunction on the third day but the owner was very prompt to get that issue resolved. The only real issue we experienced with the house was the loft above the garage was a little stuffy and didn’t cool like the rest of the house. There was a ceiling fan but it didn’t help much. Having an extra fan available would have helped. Parking was a little tight for 3 vehicles and you aren’t allowed to use the garage. We had to shuffle vehicles a lot. Make sure you bring some type of Thermacell or some type of citronella candles for the poolside. The mosquitos we’re bad this trip. This was our third time visiting Hilton Head but the first time staying in Sea Pines. I had plans of renting a golf cart but found out last minute that they aren’t allowed in the Sea Pines Community. I also didn’t realize how difficult accessing the beach would be. The only close access with parking was the Sea Pines Beach Club. They told us they only allow in the first 50 cars, so you have to plan to get there by 8 am. That was inconvenient because it’s nice to be able to sleep in some while on vacation. There is plenty of bike spots at this access though. A couple of days we did go to the South Beach public access and it wasn’t crowded at all. At that access you must push your bike to the beach and there is no parking. We had an amazing trip but hauling beach equipment/junk for 5 kids and all the adults was very stressful. Also make sure you don’t leave any beach equipment or bikes in the driveway. There was a violation order sent to the owner because we had two boogie boards and a canopy in its case sitting in the driveway near the garage. We were unaware this was a rule. Overall we had a great trip and made lots of great memories. If we ever make plans to return to Hilton Head, we’d definitely stay in this home again.
