Getaway and relax at the beach at 4 Lark!

Welcome to 4 Lark, 4th row home off North Forest Beach, just steps to the ocean!

Upon arriving to the house there is a large driveway and carport with room for at least 4 vehicles. The front entry has a layered porch with plenty of seating and space to enjoy the pool deck. The 1st floor of the house has a warm open floor plan so everyone can be a part of the stay! The dining room is to the right of the entry and has seating for 8, in addition to barstools off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with an island and always allows the chef of the house to stay part of the conversation. The living room has large comfy couches and a flat-screen TV, perfect for catching the big game. Also on the main floor of the house are two of the bedrooms. The first features a king bed, window seat, flat screen TV, and en-suite bath. The next guest bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bath as well.

Just up the stairs are the other two bedrooms and baths. The guest bedroom on the left is a queen bedroom with vanity, flat screen TV an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a large 4 post king bed, new TV, and a large master en-suite bath. The master bathroom has a deep soaking tub and a shower along with a private covered porch.

The house also has a laundry room and wi-fi throughout. Just outside you can enjoy the ground level pool or take a short walk to the beach just a few yards away. Lark Street is located off North Forest Beach. Coligny Plaza is a five-minute bike ride from the house and has live entertainment, shopping, dining, and groceries. You have everything you will need within a few minutes' walk or bike.

Spring break2023

This house was absolutely gorgeous and was exactly what we were looking for. Closer to the beach which was a plus and in a quiet neighborhood. Not a far walk to Coligney Park. Will definitely stay next year.

5 star potential!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Upon arrival we found the house to be pretty dirty in areas, the management team was quick to respond and send someone over to clean but due to the covid19 , we declined and I cleaned myself. The home could use some fresh paint and a thorough deep cleaning of everything. The location was amazing! We loved the area. The pool had no privacy as it was in the front yard but was told they will be fixing that. The layout is great and would work for 2 families. We would definitely come back if we see they did some more updates.

Delightful beach house

This was the perfect house for our family! So close to the beach and the pool is the perfect thing to come back to afterwards. The beach by the house is quiet and more private, so definitely a plus, especially with covid. House was clean when we got there and the air conditioning worked great. Couple points to note: 1. the beach towels are washed by the previous renter, not sent out professionally. If we had known that we probably would have rewashed once we got there. 2. Sound travels in this house. If you're in either of the downstairs bedrooms you can hear every step/toilet flush upstairs so when picking bedrooms, I would put the early risers on the bottom floor so people don't get cranky. 3. The stove in the kitchen really only has 2 working burners so cooking for larger groups of people takes a bit longer. We made it work and these things shouldn't stop you from renting, just points to note to make your stay easier. We definitely want to come back!
