If you are looking for a true beach get away on the South end of Hilton Head this is the place for you. Amazing beach views from the living room and balcony and just steps from one of the best beach. Renovated with wood look tiled floors throughout, designer colors with a beach feel.
Open Floor Plan in this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with walk-in shower, sleeps 4, full Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, Pull out Sofa in Living Room with a barn door between the bedroom and living room for privacy.

The beautiful and serene views of the ocean and incredible sunsets. This villa has been remodeled to today standards of what guests want for a beach get away. Perfect for a couple, however there is a pull out sofa for additional 2 people.

Guests book and stay in the full condo.

Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.

This location on S. Forrest Beach Dr. is a short walk to Tiki Hut, Coligny Square, restaurants, and the new Celebration Park. Bike rentals available to hop on and ride on the beach or the 100+ miles of trails on Hilton Head Island. Close to Sea Pines entrance, golf and tennis.

This villa has an ideal location. It is located in an area that you can walk or ride bikes to restaurants or bars. You can ride a bike on the beach during low tide.

Great Condo!

Property was quiet and in great location for the beach and proximity to restaurants and shops! Great property amenities, including nice parking, and condo had everything we needed. Overall it felt very clean; could probably use a refresh on den rug and porch cushions. Easy communication with management. Good size for two!

Condo was cute and very comfortable! Hubby and I celebrated our anniversary here this past week, Aug 2024. Details the owner listed are accurate in the description and clean. Close to everything you would need, gas, stores, Kitchen had everything needed to make meals as needed, for 2 people. Beach and pool, we had no problems getting to and enjoyed. We also had the PERFECT anniversary dinner at the restaurant, ELA's On The Water! Highly recommended!

Very nice condo! Excellent response from property management to inquiries. Would have been nice to have beach towels provided since most guests would not travel with this item, Condo was very clean. Only complaint was softness of the mattress, but this may be a personal preference. Loved the balcony and ocean view!

Long weekend trip to recharge. Condo did not disappoint. Amazing views! Enjoyed watching wildlife including grazing deer from balcony. So peaceful! Close to Coligny Plaza restaurants and shops. Comfy bed and nicely refreshed interior. Will be back!
