This cottage is cute as a button. Great location and super well stocked with everything that you need. We had a wonderful time exploring the neighborhood and playing some golf while staying at Cotton Cottage. We would definitely choose this place again for our next visit. Great communication from hosts...every detail/question was answered timely or in advance with all the materials that were sent.

Long Weekend at Cotton Cottage

Great stay at Hilton Head. Cotton Cottage had everything we needed for a long weekend. We enjoyed the property and the pool. Loved the fact we could bring our fur baby!

Perfect Pool and Beach Getaway

The layout of the home was great! Thoroughly enjoyed pool with fenced in yard. Spent a lot of time in the pool and found it had the perfect mix of sun and shade throughout the day. Very clean, nicely decorated home. Well equipped kitchen. 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach. Check-in / check-out process was very smooth. Property management company was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday getaway

Lovely cottage

The property was newly renovated, modern & clean. Paid extra for the pool heat, which was worth it on the cooler October days. A couple maintenance issues were quickly resolved with the management

Very Clean

This was one of the cleanest properties we’ve rented and the communication was flawless. We would definitely use this company and home again. Only things worth noting is that it’s definitely more of a car ride to the beach and Internet is spotty upstairs. These are very minor things

Great place for your family vacation

We had an absolutely delightful experience staying at this property. The home was immaculately clean and the access was effortless, making our arrival and departure seamless. Communication was top-notch; the host was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We were particularly impressed with the well-stocked kitchen, which had everything we could possibly need. This made our meal preparations enjoyable and convenient. Our friends and family thoroughly enjoyed their stay and felt right at home. We would unequivocally recommend this property and look forward to booking it again for our future getaways. Wonderful stay at Cotton Cottage

This is our second year going to HH over April vaca. We had an amazing week! The house was perfect for our family of 5. The layout was great for us with the master downstairs and the kids in the two bedrooms upstairs. The backyard really made our stay enjoyable! The heated pool was used daily and we enjoyed relaxing outside most of the day. The furniture out there was perfect and we very much enjoyed watching the Heritage on the outdoor TV. The neighborhood is a great location in Sea Pines. We loved being able to bike through the Forest Preserve and visit the horses. We biked to Harbourtown and the beach. Having the option to have bikes delivered to the house was a great convenience. Linda and Jay were a pleasure to work with. Anything we needed was taken care quickly. We have no complaints and hope to be back next April as well!

Perfect Property for our Family!

We absolutely loved staying at Cotton Cottage. The house was in immaculate condition and was exactly as appeared in the listing. The amenities were outstanding as well. We spent most of our time at the pool which was also in pristine condition. The layout of the house was perfect for our family, which included a 3 1/2 year old and a crawling 8 month old. This was our first time staying in the Sea Pines community and there is alot to do there. Wish we had more time to stay, and we will definitely be back! We didn't have any issues with the house at all, but I can say that the hosts, Linda and Jay, are the best!

Perfect Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus our 2 dogs. The location was great; a short bike ride to the beach. The home was very clean. It was a nice touch to have laundry and dishwasher pods, coffee for the keurig, and plenty of hangers. We loved the private pool too! We can't wait to come back next year!

A Perfect Stay in a great location

My husband and I and our 2 dogs stayed at 4 Cotton Lane for a month and had a great time. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking our dogs to the beach everyday and along the way you can spot alligators and beautiful birds near the Prep School. The house has everything you need for your stay and it made us feel like we were in a home away from home. The newly fenced in backyard and pool area is relaxing and a great bonus to the home. We look forward to staying here again. The Beachside property management were great to work with and were easy to contact with any questions.

Great property and Location

Property was very clean and well stocked with the items you don’t think of taking on vacation. Really enjoyed this property. Had 1 very minor fix and they came the next day to fix It. They did a great job of giving you the information as you need It for A seamless and very enjoyable vacation. Beach is only a 5 min bike ride on quiet streets and private entrance. Wonderful trip and highly recommend. Neighbors will all friendly as well when they would see us out front.

Great spot!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The house is well appointed and the kitchen is particularly well stocked. The pictures do make it look bigger but it was still a good size. The proximity to the beach was great and there were lots of things in the area for us to do with our little kids. The stairs were steeper than I had expected which made me nervous with 2 three year olds in the upstairs bedrooms and no gate, but we did manage. The bed in the master bedroom felt a little worn in, but otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Cotton Cottage 7/6-7/13

Our family recently stayed at the Cotton Cottage rental in Sea Pines resort and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The location of the rental was perfect for us, as it was just a short distance to the beach and also had a private pool for us to enjoy! The rental itself was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The Beachside team really goes above and beyond to provide those extra touches that make a vacation rental special. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Cotton Cottage and would highly recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing beach vacation, and plan to book this property for a third consecutive year. Thank you Beachside for providing us with such a wonderful experience!

Loved our stay at Cotton Cottage

We stayed the week of the RBC Heritage/Easter and for our kids Spring Break. This is our 4th visit to Sea Pines and we loved Cotton Cottage. It was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. My 3 kids loved the pool and used it daily (we paid to heat it). The house had all the basic supplies and amenities you would need - including plenty of bath and pool towels. The location was perfect for us - we biked daily to Harbour Town, it was close to beach access (we walked and biked), Lawton Stables, and both access gates. We also biked to Salty Dog and the Ruins. The management company was very responsive whenever we had any questions. We will happily come back to stay again at Cotton Cottage!

Cotton Lane - May 2024

Our first visit to Sea Pines, HHI did not disappoint. Cotton Cottage is exactly as described/pictured. The home is clean, comfortable and well-appointed. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We traveled with our dog and loved the quiet neighborhood for morning and evening walks (just be mindful of the alligators - we saw plenty of them everyday in the nearby lagoons). The outdoor patio and pool area was a great place for morning coffee or to relax after a day of golf. It's a quick and easy bike ride to the beach, which we loved. Linda and Jay were awesome! Very easy to communicate with and we appreciated their check-ins. Also appreciated them going out of their way to ship an item I left behind after we departed. Super responsive and helpful! We hope to visit again soon!

Small but nice

The home is pretty and clean. It had everything we needed to cook. The house seemed bigger in the pictures. I also thought since it was pet friendly it would have a fence. It did not. Also, beware, we were in the pool when my son said "no one panic, but go to the steps and get out" There was a copperhead snake in the pool! Night lights would be a nice item to add. The management company were always available to answer questions.

Very nice home

This home is in a quiet neighborhood, not real far from the beach. For those with back or knee problems it might not be an easy trek. One of our group uses a portable respirator and she couldn't walk to the beach. But it's a very short drive. The pool was wonderful!! I preferred the pool anyway. We had 6 in this house. While the sleeping arrangements were plentiful, the living room was a little tight when up moving around. Great patio with plenty of seating. I was a bit put off when another woman walking her dog walked right up thru our yard, around the pool and they the back yard. Don't know if it was a renter or resident. But, I questioned her and asked her not to do that because my little dog was out there with me. Another time a bigger dog for loose from an older woman and ran into our yard. My little dog ran it off. It would be great if the yard could have a fence of some type around the pool for safety and more privacy. I loved that they accepted pets. My little Malchi, Bella, is 1y.o and never been away from me. It was my first experience vacationing with a pet and we had a blast. It was 5 girls with my husband and pup. Also, I feel the need to mention the ant problem on the patio. They were swarming. We brought solar flame lanterns and sat one on the patio table in the afternoon to charge, by evening, I turned it over to switch it on and the underside filled with and and eggs. When I looked around they were all over the patio, on the furniture and pool towels. It may have been an isolated incident. Afterwards, they weren't so bad, but quite a few. All in all, our stay was quite nice, my husband and I rented electric 3 wheel bikes and rode on the beach. I highly recommend Hilton Head E-Bikes. We did this for 2 days, on the beach, thru the nature preserve, around all the bike paths, speed at a tiki bar for drinks and lunch. We're both 60, have had back surgeries and don't walk a lot. These bikes were awesome!! The neighborhood is extremely dark at night. I recommend taking a flashlight of your walking at night. The Sea Pines Beach Club was great also, we had drinks and lunch. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations.
