Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The microwave did stop working but we weren’t going to be using it anymore. I do think more training would be helpful to the front desk staff. I called to ask about the parking at Disney’s Beach house to find out if there’s only specific parking places that we could use and the person I spoke to told me she didn’t know, that they encourage everyone to park at the Dunes House or use their transportation. Our location was just a couple mins from Disneys Beach House. I think this area should be encouraged to be used also.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was good with the rental. Two minor issues though: 1) Bees on the back deck made it difficult to use at times. 2) The internet router keep rebooting at random times so staying connected was a challenge.

First experience renting in Turnberry Village

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Living room/dining area/ and bedrooms were tastefully decorated and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked with food prep items as well as table and glassware. Bathrooms are in need of updating but still quite adequate. We really enjoyed living there for nearly a month and would certainly rent again. However, there were several housekeeping issues when we arrived, but were able to take care of most ourselves. Did mention to rep at welcome center the issue with the master bedroom bedding and dryer. As mentioned, we really enjoyed our stay.

Bait and Switch By Property Management Company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Palmetto Dunes and we were fortunate to find a property available over the holidays after our orginal plans changed. During our drive from Charlotte to HHI, we got a call that our unit was no longer available due to roofing work being completed. The only other until available was 213 Turnberry. This was a total bait and switch. The management company FOR SURE knew that the unit we booked would not be available days in advance, but they waited until 30 minutes AFTER check-in time to tell us.The only unit available was 213 Turnberry. This is a very nice unit, but not at all what we wanted in terms of location and format. We have two little kids and we wanted to be walking distance to the beach. The management company told us we would still be within walking distance, which of course was not at all true.The management group handled this whole process very poorly. In short, they really couldn't care less about how we were treated. They gave us a $75 gift card for our 'troubles', which we tried to use right away but found out it was expired!Anyway, 213 Turnberry was a nice unit and we love Palmetto fact we've started looking for a permanent residence there. The management group really fell short of even basic good customer service standards. We'll be back again this coming summer and really hope it will be better!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our short week at 213 Turnberry. The property was spotless with up-to-date furnishings and appliances. Loved the abundance of storage upstairs and down. It seems like a small thing, but we appreciated that all the dishes and utensils were like new, and in sets that matched. While it is about 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach, we liked the quiet location. Would certainly stay here again, and recommend to friends.
