Condo just recently updated (2025) with new paint, ship lap walls, flooring, large Smart TV's. Open Plan with new beach themed decor. New Kitchen renovations completed 12/2025

Living room has a large comfortable chase sleeper sofa with 65 in. smart tv, electric fire place, desk for computer and separate dining room area. Living area walks right out to a private deck with Weber gas grill and picnic table. Deck walks right down to one of the pools.. Watch your family enjoy swimming while grilling on the deck and taking in the views. Our kitchen includes all new stainless appliances, plenty of dishes and pots and pans along with a washer and dryer. Master bedroom has king bed, Flat Screen TV renovated master bath with two person marble walk in shower with glass doors. Second bedroom has two double beds and TV. Guest bathroom offers a jetted tub.

Our complex has two pools, several lagoons with fountains, private beach walk out to the ocean with cabana (restrooms) for your convenience. Bike paths and rentals are directly in front of complex. Walk to shopping, golfing, tennis and restaurants. Also a few miles from lighthouse and marinas. Something for everyone. Great place for family vacations!!

Roomy Condo Close to Beach

Excellent location!

This was a great house. About a mile walk to Coligny Plaza and close walk to the beach and Loggerhead Bar which is on the beach. House looked just like the pictures. Only thing I would recommend is bring plastic cups for your drinks by the pool. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Villa Near the Beach and Pool!

My family and I enjoyed our time here, the unit was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6. We loved being able to hop off the deck and jump into the pool, and the dedicated path to the beach was clutch! We had a great time and would recommend this unit for anyone looking to enjoy a trip to Hilton Head!

Love HHI

Just an amazing time! The condo was very clean and had everything we could have wanted for our stay. It was just a short walk across the street to the beach! The pool area is right out the back door and was awesome when we’d had enough of the beach. The condo is also conveniently located so it’s a few minute bike ride to Coligny! Sandy was very responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay again!

Beach Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family. The condo was very clean and as advertised. We loved the easy access to the pool from the deck. The deck is shaded in the afternoon which made it a great place to hangout after a day on the beach! The walk to the beach was very easy (about 10-15 minutes). Having a bathroom close by the beach was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The beds were comfortable. Our host Sandy was very helpful with any questions. Her response time was very quick if we needed anything!

Quick vaca

This property was great had everything we needed. And the space necessary also. This was just a quick trip for us and loved that we were right off the deck from the pool. Bathrooms at the beach were a nice convenience also!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time staying at this home. It’s right next to the pool, great patio with a grill. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach, very convenient. The bedrooms and living room were very comfy. Kitchen is on the smaller side, and could use 1 or 2 things, both bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Sandy was a great host, and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Hilton Head Getaway

Very nice property with a great view of the pool, it was just too cold to enjoy it. Will return during warmer climate. The condo was very quaint and cleaned, a great place that’s near the beach and other eateries. The Host was fab!

Charming, clean and convenient

We enjoyed the unit. Everything was clean, plenty of space for 4 people and TV with cable! Beautiful outside area with a large deck and steps from the pool. A/C was cold and there was an ice maker in the fridge-plus! Sandy was a great communicator. Highly recommend!

The cleaners were still there when we arrived at 4pm. They finished up in 15 minutes and apologized for the delay. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being so close to the pool, having the grill. and the nice deck. Everything was as it was discribed. We had a great time.

Off Season Stay

The cleanliness of the property was not great. It is hard to locate property in the dark upon arriving due to a lack of lighting. The property location was quiet. The walk to the beach was ok, but finding the trail at first was hard. Other than the pool, there are not a lot of activities on site. Overall, it was sufficient for our stay.

Very Comfortable and cute

The Condo was very comfortable and we had several guests come and go with us. We even had some teenagers that fit into the space. Lots of dishes and cooking utensils. Kitchen is small but very user friendly. The only down side was that the pool is not heated so we were never able to use it. To cold in March.

Two Winter Weeks in Hilton Head

The unit's location is wonderful, with easy access to the beach. The rooms are all of good size and the king size bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. Renters should be aware that both bathrooms are on the second floor. The master bath's sink should be updated and the blue mats in both bathrooms need to be replaced. However the water pressure was wonderful. The kitchen had a musty smell and the blinds, as well as the wall decorations had a significant layer of dust. We rented for two weeks...there was only a used dish sponge, one roll of paper towels, and one washer detergent. The outside deck was a great size and the grill worked perfectly. These are all minor adjustments and can be easily corrected.

Awesome little condo

This was our first trip to Hilton Head , SC. We had an absolutely great week. The condo was a perfect addition to our fun! It’s in a nice location. You do have to take a short walk through the parking lots to the front entrance to get to the private walkway to the beach. But it’s really quick and just a short walk. Plus, it’s a beautiful place for a walk or bike ride. It’s just around the corner from the Coligny Shopping Center and restaurants, which is a great little place to visit, eat, and shop. Everything on the island is fairly close. This condo is in a perfect location to visit all the fun places. The condo is older but very comfortable. I loved everything about it!! It is very well stocked! And a great view from the balcony overlooking the pool! It’s beautiful! Sandy was awesome with any questions I had and very welcoming! I will look for her again next year for our vacay! Thanks Sandy and VRBO for making this an easy booking and helping us make our trip wonderful!

Excellent Stay

My family and I had a wonderful first visit to Hilton Head and a pleasant stay at this cozy condo. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and helped round out such a great trip. Very close to the beach and within walking distance to some great shops/food. Also, conveniently located to other areas of the island, including Sea Pines. We would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a getaway to HHI.

This condo was good for a girls weekend at the beach. The location was walking distance to the beach and has bathrooms nearby which was nice. We also appreciated that there were beach chairs supplied at the condo. The condo itself is very cute and has a lot of potential. However it could use a deep clean and a little extra care.

An Unforgettable Beach Getaway!From the moment we arrived, this beach rental completely exceeded our expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect “beach charm” that immediately put us in vacation mode. Every detail felt so thoughtful, from the kitchen and comfy beds to the beach chairs and umbrellas ready for us to use.The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from the sand and pool.
