Located in the Queen's Grant section of the Palmetto Dunes resort community, this newly renovated 2BR/2BA condo offers an ideal ground-floor locale with a private deck, grill, and pond views. The interior has vaulted ceilings, three smart TVs, and dual suites. Off of the living area two sliding glass doors open to the deck with a patio table with seating for 6 and grill, perfect for dining outdoors! A well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and ample cookware.

The primary suite is fitted with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower.

Queen's Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. This villa is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach and near the General Store, Big Jim's, the Dunes House and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. Arthur Hills and George Fazio golf course are on either side.

**Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.**
