About this property

Fully Renovated for 2023!! Steps To The Beach And Pool! Great Location

  • Fully Renovated will be finished by the end of February (check back for new pictures soon!) Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with queen size bed (new Casper mattress as of 2024), and adjoining bath. Two bunk beds built into the hallway (can close door to separate the living room). Living room with queen sleeper, 55" Flatscreen HDTV and FREE Wi-Fi for the rainy days. Kitchen with microwave, range, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining Table seats Three.
    This is a 1st floor unit only steps away from parking and only 8 steps to the unit. You are only 100 yards to the beach or pool.
    The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!
    This is a owner operated unit, please feel free to contact me about any more details or questions!

    NEW STARTING JANUARY 1, 2024: The complex now charges $35 per pass that is good for your entire stay, but keep this in mind if you request more than 1 pass. This will be part of the rental fee, listed as parking.

Perfect little stay

This was our first time at Hilton Head and this property was the perfect location and size for our family of 3. The property is so close to the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend.

We had a great time this past week. The condo was clean and just big enough for us to relax in in-between activities. Close to the beach. Spent a lot of time in the pool which was great. The resturant by the pool had awesome food, drinks, and live music. Not far from shops and restaurants. We had an awesome stay.

I love this place!

This is my second trip to this location and I want to book it for next year! The condo is clean and has all the necessities. The owners are always easy to reach. The beach, pool, restaurant, tennis court, and bike rentals are all on the property. Perfect for a small family or couples vacation.

Overall a great stay. Space is a little tight with 2 adults and 2 teenagers but we made it work. Nice location with great easy acces to the beach. Beach bar was nice and convenient. Enjoyed the pickelball courts everday.

Clean and safe place to stay

Our family had a great time and would definitely recommend! The unit was a little small for our family of 4, but it served its purpose and had everything we needed for the week we were there! The hosts communicated well and were very accommodating. We loved the activities at the pool each day and the restaurant at the pool to get a quick bite to eat. It was just steps from the beach, and in a convenient location for shopping and other restaurants. Would definitely go back ☺️

It was absolutely perfect. The kids were upset we forgot a boogie board and they had one along with beach toys, chairs, even a cart to carry it all!

1st time to Hilton Head

Location is great. Nice big pool, convenient boardwalk to beach and 3 restaurants on site. Area is safe and relaxing with lots of activities available. Only problem is the bed, it’s time to replace box springs and mattress, it is worn out. We left early because we were both done with the bed.

Our stay was nice. Location is right near the beach, pool, and tennis/pickleball courts which was ideal for us. Easy parking and everyone at the resort was kind and helpful. Easy to get parking pass, court time, and code to get into room worked with no issues.Place seems like it needs some updates to make it a 5-star. Bathroom fan does not work and probably has not for awhile because the wood around the bathroom mirror looks like it has been wet for a long time. Slider door/windows are old and rough looking, but functional. Overall, a great getaway place for the price (in comparison to other 1-bedrooms at HHI). Would stay there again.

Very up to date condo

My family has stayed at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resort probably about 15 times. We love that resort. It has great beach access, gym, great pool area, things to do at night, the tiki bar, restaurants, playground. So we just love it. This particular condo looked like they had just done a lot of work on it. It looked very update to date with the flooring, countertops, and applicances. We would definitely use this condo again.

Location! Location!

This is a great spot. We came for my son's 13th birthday. We enjoyed all the amenities. The on site restaurant was convenient. The pool was large, clean and had great atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening on the beach. The boardwalk was a short distance from the condo. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are all nearby! On site tennis and bike rentals plus a mini golf course at the end of the street. The owners are easy to reach. The condo was everything we needed for a short wrekend getaway. I would definitely love to return.

We LOVE this property. Everything is within reach. The beach is gorgeous, the facilities are maintained, and it's in a great location. My family and I love walking around town. We spend most of our time at the property as there is little reason to leave. It is all right there. The condo is cozy and a perfect fit for 3-4. It definitely sleeps 6. The pull out bed is nice and the bunkbeds are big enough for teens. Jon and Katie have hosted my family for 3 years and we are looking forward to next year.
