Instead of dealing with a large resort with thousands of guests you will have your own private home with a private parking area, private pool with large patio, outdoor shower, hammock area, seating and tables for outdoor entertaining, fenced in yard, and all the amenities of home including washer and dryer! There’s a grill by the pool in case you want to cook some burgers, steaks, or locally caught seafood.

Great vacation spot

This is a great place. Very close to the beach, easy walk. Location is perfect, we rented bikes and were so close to everything we could bike to eat and shop. We had a blast.

HHI Feb trip

GREAT trip to Hilton Head! We have stayed here before and it is perfect for our family. It is clean, has all the amenities we need and is close to the beach, restaurants, parks, etc. Although we were unable to bring our dog we appreciate that it is dog friendly. The heated pool is great! We can’t wait for our next visit!

The location of the South Forest Beach House was awesome! We walked to the beach multiple times a day and rode bikes into town. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had a great time— thanks! We look forward to coming back!

Another Wonderful Visit

Low Country Beach House

Enjoyed the location with quick access to the beach and easy walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach and shops. We enjoyed the network of bike trails on the island. Very cute and well appointed beachy cottage. Great communication with hosts. Looking forward to our next visit!!

This property is amazing! Just a couple houses from the beach!

Was amazing as well , they thought of everything for the stay ! We had a small group but house is set up for a larger group as well. And being pet friendly was the cherry on top!

Great walkable location

We enjoyed the home and being able to walk to the beach and lots of fun places in Coligny Plaza. Would definitely recommend renting bikes to fully explore Hilton Head.

Great Holiday time with family

The beach house was perfect for our family from FL, Charleston and Upstate SC to meet up for some time together over the Holiday weekend.Although the weather was great and rainy we enjoyed a couple of walks on the beach which was just a quick walk from the house. The location was perfect, rooms and beds were all comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook some meals and even bake a home made cheesecake. Overall a great property

Family summer vacation

The house is at a great location. A short walk gets you to the beach in no time. The house was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed at in Hilton Head over the past 15 years. The outdoor shower was nice to have and everyone enjoyed the pool. Would love to stay here again!

Great Location

The house is perfectly placed for easy access to a less crowded portion of Hilton Head's beaches. The home's pool is shaded from the sun. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

The property was exactly what we needed to have our family together for the holidays. It had everything we could have needed and was just steps to the beach. We had no complaints. Previous reviews had mentioned low shower pressure in the back bedroom, there was plenty of shower pressure and to top it off, with a crew, the water was always super hot!! Every single one of us would absolutely stay here again!!! Thank you for making our holidays so memorable.

Great Getaway!

This house was in a great location-close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! Appreciated that the house was very clean! The furniture and bedding was comfortable! Will have to say that the lay out of the bedrooms was a little quirky but didn't take away from our enjoying the house. Always appreciate a rental willing to accept the four-legged member of our family! Our dog enjoyed the area designated for her! Will plan to stay here again in the future!
