This condo 220 is the first condo on the side from a direct oceanfront. Huge ocean view.
We have Central Air and heat System in our condo, not every condo in this complex does. Most just have a wall air unit in the living room. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door. Located between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore. The unique restaurants on Hilton Head Island are Chef owned and operated. We will make recommendation of our favorites, also favorite dishes.
Days at the Beach
There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. This complex has elevators, and is comprised of one bed room ocean view and ocean front units which have some of the Hilton Heads best beach views. For guest enjoyment the complex has two private swimming pools, picnic and grill area, also oceanfront sun deck.

Hilton Head Island has their own airport 3 miles from my condo. Call letter for Hilton Head Island Airport is (HHH). Also Savannah , GA a 40 minute drive has an airport. The call letter are (SAV) , Three hour drive is Jacksonville , FA has an airport .
Gated Parking with covered under Building Parking
Under the building and surround building parking. Free with parking pass . This area is gated and you will need a device to enter. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking.

Perfection

We loved our 2 weeks in this immaculate condo with a great view. We had everything we needed and our host was extremely helpful and readily available when we had a few questions. The beach is beautiful and restaurants and shopping are a short walk (or drive) away. Within just a couple of days, we decided to come back next year and hopefully make it an annual trip.

Just right!

We had a few glitches upon check-in that were no fault of the owner and as soon as she was able, everything was figured out. Views were beautiful and location was great! Place was clean and had what we needed. Easy to walk to the beach and Coligny plaza area for coffee, food, shops, etc… would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great spot on Hilton Head

Great location for shopping, restaurants, and walking the beach. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed the large common deck on the property. We would stay here again!

Great place

We had an excellent stay. The unit was just as described and the key pad on the door made accessing the room very easy. Location next to the beach was amazing and so easy to ride the bikes to Coligny Plaza was convenient.

Loved the cozy space with easy beach access and closeness to amenities. Appreciated the owner's responsiveness and restaurant recommendations. Would have liked a cutting board, paring knife, and a few more pieces of cookware for those of us who like to eat in.

Ocean view Condo

Clean, quiet one bedroom condo perfect for two people or a small family. Well equipped kitchen made it easy to make our own meals. Great location near Coligny Beach but a bit away from the crowds. Easy walk to Coligny shops and grocery store, restaurants and beach.

We had a very pleasant stay, I received all the instructions needed ahead of time from Charlene, plus restaurants recommendations. We loved the apartment, we had everything we needed for our short vacation. The location is great, right on the beach, with a nice access, and very close to Coligny Plaza. The 2 bikes are very nice and the trail's access is right across the street.

Nice, clean condo.

It was very clean and close to the beach. My only issue was the thin walls and quite a bit of noise at night but nothing earplugs couldn't fix.
