1210 Villamare - 2- Bedroom Villa with Beautiful Ocean Views!

A fabulous 2nd floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa in Palmetto Dunes. Only steps from the beach, you will have no problem relaxing! Enjoy your morning coffee from the two balconies while listening to the waves. Access the balconies from both bedrooms, as well as the living room. The open floor plan of the living area allows ample space for group gatherings, while the bedrooms provide private retreats. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances. The soothing living room features a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and comfortable furnishings. The king master suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with two queen beds and an upgraded private bathroom.

Villamare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean and is convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers. In addition to its fabulous location, Villamare also offers an on-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, as well as a gorgeous oceanfront pool. You can't go wrong with Villamare!

* FULL REPLACEMENT OF THE COURTYARD WALKWAY SYSTEM WITH NEW PAVERS. Inquire with any questions.
• Phase 1 (Spring 2026): Starting Monday, March 2, demolition of the walkways along Building 3 courtyard will begin. During this phase:
• Both grand staircases at Building 3 will be closed.
• Guests will be able to access the area using the Disney-side walkway of Building 3.
• A map showing the alternate route is attached for your convenience.
Beginning the following Monday, March 9, demolition will begin on the courtyard side of Building 1. During this phase:
• The Building 1 grand staircase will be closed.
• Guests will need to use the road-side walkway to access the beach and pool areas.
The project is scheduled for completion by April 1, pending weather conditions or any unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide updates should the timeline change.

First stay at Villamere.

We had a wonderful stay. We lived the unit, its decor and amenities. The only draw back was the maintenance that was being done on the stairwells and elevator. And a project right outside our windows. Other than that it was wonderful!

Light filled comfortable Condo

The condo was just as listed and the beds were comfortable. We had a snafu with the microwave quitting soon after we got there however, our host had another microwave for us delivered that day. We really enjoyed our stay beautiful location, and well appointed.

Will definitely return to Villamare!Communication such as codes for pool/beach access never received.A notebook with important information left on counter would have been helpful.Please consider toilet bowl brush for use by tenets. Onsite recycling needs to be added.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great. It was our first time staying in Villamare. We enjoyed the close proximity to the ocean. The kitchen was missing some necessary items but we managed. Also the beds need updating. I had read that from a previous review and had hoped it had been done but it hasn’t. Overall it was a nice stay and we would probably stay there again.

Great location and setup in HHI.

This villa is conveniently located inside Palmetto Dunes. It's close to pretty much everything in the area with a short drive out from the private premise. This unit is thoughtfully decorated to give you the beach vibe and we really liked that the sinks were on their own, separate from outside of the bathroom/shower. It was easy for our family to get ready this way. Plenty of space, short walk to the pool and the beach! The Villamare property is also nicely kept and another nice touch was the rinsing station to the entrance/exit walkway of the beach. This is super helpful. Small things like a loading cart available to bring everything up to your unit goes a long way! The only thing I would say is maybe the stove top may need some upgrade in this unit. Takes a while to heat up, but not a big deal at all. The (master) balcony as others have stated is partial ocean view and some of it is blocked by the grilling area trees. Again, just a note and completely fine and still a nice view! We would definitely look into staying here again without any hesitation. We had great weather (2nd week of August) even with some storms in the area. To top it off, on our first night, relaxing in the jacuzzi, caught a meteor shower (happen to be peak night for the annual Perseids shower). What a great start to our stay!! We fully enjoyed our first trip to HHI and really glad we ended up booking this unit/Villa! I'm sure we will be back again!

We have stayed there many times think it is best locationLast time we mentioned mat in tub…very slick…we had to go out and purchase one. Shower in master very hard to turn on and no adjustment.no light in oven. Worst part was trash truck coming so often and early and all painting and power tools! Saw a lot of pool wagons and beach items in hallways….infant in adult pool and several “barking “ dogs also.we still love this unit……

Great condo!

Loved Hilton Head and the Villiamare condo we stayed in. Clean, comfortable with great pool and beach access. Downfalls with kids was the white furniture and little shade offered at the pool deck. Also, not much of a beach view but also only on second floor. Would stay again!

Everything was fine, Issues: the listing states ocean view, there is no ocean view, only a parking lot. Also, appliances such as stove and main TV are very out of date. Place was clean and decorated nicely.

Left note in unit…safe was locked…no stopper in shower..shower need security measures for all ages..elevator sketchy…most days …many used stairs…hard with luggage…..whatever construction…there were many items on garage floor…left one in unit…needs to be blown out! Great Visit to HHI!

We had a really nice stay at this property at Palmetto Dunes (Unit 1210). We loved the view from the balcony, beds were comfortable, place was updated nicely, and kitchen was also stocked with what we needed for the week. We loved that we got a credit for VayK to spend on bikes for the week. The pool and hot tub at Villamare were a great alternative to the beach — our kids loved going between both! Our biggest concern with the unit we stayed in was the water spot above the master bath shower (I am very sensitive to mold), the front load washer (moldy rubber ring on inside of washing machine), and on one of the queen beds we noticed huge urine stain on the mattress when we took sheets off at the end of our stay. We wonder if the bed could be cleaned and then waterproof mattress pads can be provided for when families have little kids? Maybe also provide an AirDoctor to combat any viruses, mold, etc. in the space and provide “cleaner” indoor air. Overall, we had a great visit and will definitely be back to visit Villamare again!

Property was decent. We love the locations. Taking cold showers was not fun. The manager was amazing as far as getting a plumber out. Unfortunately problem was not resolved. The first 2 showers warm and the rest cold.

Beautiful Home

A group of us were attending a Bridge tournament being held at the Marriott. Staying at this home allowed us to cook our own meals, have space to relax, and sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful views. Check-in was super easy and the whole experience will have me booking the home for next year's tournament.

Loved the location and the condo. The beach couldn't be closer. Although trees are in way of the ocean you can still see a tiny bit if it from the patio. Condo was clean and no issues. Very comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful week

The layout and space of this unit was great! We had all of our grown children with us and made the two bedrooms work. Would be more convenient if there was a sleeper sofa in the living room. Love Hilton Head!
