Never got there booked the night called hotel and told them where I was I was going 77 south but was already passed the hotel that I booked and they told me it was exit 14 but in the other direction which they didn’t say so I ended up having to pay for another hotel because I couldn’t get any one on the phone to see if I could transfer the night to a closer location

We had a very late check in and everything was fine… actually Hotels.com screwed up my reservation and I’m guessing the clerk knew and he just overlooked the mix up. Wasn’t anything fancy but it was clean and easy on easy of of Interstate.

Seedy Motel - Not a nice Hotel
As soon as I left the office after checking in and saw the area where the room was I should have run back in and checked out but being tired and hungry we went into the room. Filthy is the kindest word I can think of. Flies all over the room. Stink bugs on the curtains. Stains on the carpet and top bed covering. Used condom not far from the outside door. Shady characters walking around. Need I say more? Booked another Hotel and checked out ASAP ! Pictures they presented on line very deceptive !

This property is very poorly maintained. The pictures are nothing like reality. The room is filthy - bed linens, dust, carpet,... It is a dump. Stay anywhere else.

This is a run down, semi dirty property and the towels felt like sandpaper. The walls were scarred a d needed paint as well as the furniture. I do mot recommend it. If these are the standards that Quality Inns has, i doubt we will ever stay in this chain again.

Facility feels a bit run down. No towels, soap or drinking cup in my room. When I asked for towels and soap at desk, I received only a bath towel--no hand towel or bath mat. did not realize then that I was also missing the drinking cup. No apology from desk for my inconvenience. Breakfast was fine.

Only a fair motel
Made reservation 2 weeks ago upon entering the room it had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. The management gave me another room and could hardly get enough hot water in the sink to wet a wash cloth and bugs were in the bath room and in the carpet. I was tired from working all day on a job I had there in town so I stayed instead of seeking another motel it was 9 pm

There was something used in the room that made my dog have an allergic reaction. It was so bad that we had to take her to the emergency vet. The room smelled bad. Also, we went to breakfast at around 7:15 and they were out of almost everything. It was obvious they were not prepared for the number of guests they had.

PLUSES: b'fast options, esp the waffle maker! Area kept clean. Front desk is always pleasant & helpful, esp young woman w/short dark hair. Room clean. GREAT TO HAVE BOTH A MICROWAVE & FRIDGE. NEGATIVES: our room was across from an ice maker that disrupted sleep. One morning we smelled pot. "May" have been a guest. Need a policy against it for guests and staff. It smells NASTY. No smoking should include everything. I know it must be a challenge controlling it, so the motel has my sympathy, but it's noxious.
