"The location was great, the bed comfortable, the room beautiful and clean. The whiskey bar was fabulous! The front desk staff were hit and miss. The guys who checked us in were helpful and great. I called the property twice and both times spoke to the young woman who checked me out. She was not helpful on numerous levels. She told me parking would cost $59 (after i already booked my reso) and there were no other options. When we got there we parked 25 ft away for $25/day. When i tried to pay cash and avoid the cc charge she said she "didn't think" she could accept cash because she didn't have a float. I told her i didn't need change and she said "too late i already charged your card". Whether intentionally rude or not she should not be working front desk or in a customer service role. "

"Everything was so convenient with our stay! Wish I would've known about the conveniences when we started going to Portland, to OHSU, regularly, almost two months ago. Parking was so easy, breakfast in the morning was wonderful, our room was excellent, and staff outstanding. "

"Late arrival, receptionist was more interested in not helping me with a prepaid reservation. My credit card company was updating on east coast and my $50 just in case was not going through. She refused to check me in saying there was no guarantee I wouldn’t trash the place. She left for the day immediately after this interaction while I was on phone with my credit card company. I asked the new shift person behind counter if there was any solution. He took my card info and I went to bed. For reference, I never lost my cool and am a disabled 61 yo female. After an 18 hour day of medical treatment and a flight across the country, I was very upset and worried I would be on the street for the night. Carpet was wet by window but everything was comfortable and clean for this weary traveler."
