"AC worked great. Room was nice. Would stay again"

"The hotel was a bit run down. Bed was super uncomfortable gave me a terrible ache in the neck and hips plus it was on a hollow metal box so if you moved, it squeaked moaned and moved! Pool was more of a sauna terrible for any person to enjoy. Shower pressure was super slow. Their great breakfast was not so hot. Standard at any hotel serving food. So probably not going to stay here again."

"Staff is friendly and the rooms were very clean. The property is really run down. It seems they are working on it though. I could hear guests running around in rooms all night. It seems the walls are very thin. Also, there internet blocks you from going to certain websites. I'm not sure on safety There were run down cars in the parking lot and some of the guests appeared shady. The entire hotel is non-smoking but when I arrived one of the guests was smoking what smelled like marijuana in one of their room windows. I found one of the side access doors that is supposed to remain closed propped open with a rock. The hotel is way over priced. It was nearly $90 a night after taxes. For condition and everything else this place should be no more than $50-$60. I was glad my family had not accompanied me because we would have had to stay elsewhere. The AC and plumbing did work well. Next time I am in Morehead I will stay elsewhere "

"What I liked best was how clean the cabin was. We enjoyed the setting. Sitting on the porch or balcony and looking at nature. Good area for taking walks/hikes. The steps to the bedrooms were a little steep for us (we are a little older). The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked dinner each night and were able to find all the utensils/pans we needed. The fire pit was nice as well. A good supply of wood (but some pieces needed splitting). Overall an excellent place to stay."

"Our stay at this cabin was absolutely perfect. The property was incredibly clean, and the beds were so comfortable that our whole family could sleep warmly and soundly. We had such a wonderful time together here, and we are truly grateful for this experience.Communication with the host, Kevin, was excellent-he was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The cabin was exactly as shown in the photos, and the actual condition of the property exceeded our expectations. We were highly satisfied with everything and would love to stay here again.
