"Room was large and clean. Had to leave early because of an emergency at home, so did not stay the second day. Desk was very nice. Easy parking and all room doors inside which was nice. Would stay there again."

"We spent a week at the Grant House and it couldn't have been better. We brought 4 families, 12 people in all, young children, teens, adults and seniors. There were comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen in the Grant House is huge and well stocked. Some of our favorite things were the large gas stove, two dishwashers, an ice machine and a beautiful outside deck that overlooked the pool. Tables inside and out had room for us to share meals and gather easily. Both the covered deck off the kitchen and the lower covered patio were cool and comfortable, even in the Fruita summer heat. The pool was our main event! It was clean, easy to access, there were lots of water toys and room for everyone. Downstairs the movie room was just like heading to the theater. Nicole was always quick to respond. If you are looking for an amazing vacation house, this is it. You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Nicole, for sharing your space with us!"
