"The first room I got was filthy and wasn't safe as the safety latch was pulled away and the door handle was loose. The toilet shrieked for a minute after flushing. The corners of the floors, the grout, the doorjambs and more were filthy and gross. The refrigerator looked as if it was dropped out of a window. In no way was it what I expected from the Hilton family of hotels. It felt like a seedy motel. I did ask for a new room and at least it was cleaner but they wanted me to pay to be in a different section of the hotel called the tower. I have no idea if the tower is more on brand but I already paid enough money so I wasn't paying more. The elevators were in horrible shape and even dirtier. Water stains on ceilings and walls, dirt caked, stainless steel marked up and beat up. In the second room the bed was comfortable and sheets/towels were clean but sheets are scratchy. Shower had an old tub and was very slippery with no grab bars. The bar/lounge/restaurant had horrible wait staff where waiting was what you did. Food was good though. I will give Hilton another chance but not this chain as I had issues in another state but only noise related."

"This hotel is in nice condition. Offer a small fridge and microwave in the rooms which is convenient and nice. Staff is always helpful with easy Check-in, checkout. Basic breakfast but I wish they’d offer almond milk for us lactose intolerant guests and some gluten free options and occasional bacon or real sausage links. Otherwise it’s great with pool AND laundry facilities. You get your money’s worth."

"After a very tiring week of traveling the National Parks, we checked in early evening for our flight home the next day. After unpacking, we had an issue with a very noisy AC unit. We notified the front desk and they promptly assigned us to another quieter room. They even hand delivered the keys to our new room, rather than making us take all of our belongings to the front desk and then move to the new room. The staff was very apologetic and responsive. The breakfast also provided some really good options. I enjoyed looking out the windows at breakfast at the golfers."

"I like staying at this hotel when I fly out of SeaTac airport. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can walk to the Hawaiian L&L restaurant, ( my favorite). The hotel is clean and the shuttle service is excellent. "

"There was not a coffee pot nor a hairdryer in the unit. Lots of outside noise, loud cars racing around parking lot at 2am. Smoke smelled room. Lots of people outside smoking and spears some live at the motel. Broken down cars in the parking lot with people working on them. Won’t stay again even if it is cheap. I didn’t feel safe."

"The air conditioning was great, friendly staff, got myself a free banana and cup of coffee every morning to start my day right, and they had pastries too, but my winter body said if i ate those for breakfast, ill be wearing sweats all summer, so fruit won. "
