Super private area to host a larger family. We really enjoyed the creek alongside the house. My kids loved all the places to explore. Some great rock skipping opportunities!
My husband and I brought our three kids for a little post Christmas getaway and it was the perfect reset. The property is gorgeous and private. My kids were thoroughly entertained exploring outside for most of the day. We will definitely be back in the summer.

Our experience
Enjoyed the surroundings of river and quietness
but needs to be upgraded inside as far as furniture and kitchen. Loved the screen porch and river sounds and the quietness of the property. Beautiful property and remote which we wanted.
Kangee and the property were both great and we will stay there again! Kangee was (is) very responsive, positive and a great rep of the property. The house is beyond cool- we rented the place for a wedding but plan on returning for no reason other than to relax and enjoy.
Thanks Kangee!
Beautiful quiet secluded location on active creek, well appointed house, excellent beds, wonderful large screened porch. Property manager quickly addressed a few issues. Excellent choice for up to 2 couples plus kids. Would certainly do another 2 weeks next year.
Excellent location and beautiful property. Kangee was an outstanding communicator with me the entire time, including being on site for our check in.
Only exception was the upstairs loft twin bed listed as a bedroom, which it was for sleeping.
Stairs up were difficult to climb adult as well as children.
Very close to the ceiling when you were laying down. Everything else was wonderful as well as Kangee the entire stay.
If you like fishing, barbequing, and spending time outside, this is it. Perfect accommodations, close to everything, yet faraway enough for a peaceful quiet time.
We will be back and is dog friendly too.
We had a great vacation at this property. I had to sleep in the Stone house with our dogs while the rest of the family stayed in the main Mill house, but we were able to make use of the large screened-in porch for family time together.
We hiked every day, covered sections of the Bartram trail, Rainbow falls, and John Rock loop, and cooled down in the creek after hikes. My mother-in-law especially loves the tranquil Cliffside Lake nearby, Black Rock and Stonewall Creek winery are interesting excursion.
Great fun!
