With attention paid to every detail, come relax in luxurious style when you rent this brand new, professionally decorated apartment located on Main Street in downtown Highlands NC. From the welcoming living area and the well appointed kitchen to the three large bedrooms, each furnished with a plush King size bed, and upscale baths, your stay in this apartment will be the perfect getaway. With its convenient location, you will enjoy walking to all of the world-class dining and shopping Highlands has to offer. For the nature lover, a short stroll will take you to the Highlands Biological Station and Nature Center or to Sunset Rock for a hike that culminates in a gorgeous view over the picturesque mountain town. Main Bedroom off of Kitchen with King bed and ensuite bathroom with European style step-in shower & bath. Guest bedroom on the main level with ensuite bath and step-in shower. Has small private balcony This bedroom is an upstairs loft bedroom. It has a full bathroom with shower-tub combo and the room is semi open to below via the stairs. This sleeping area has a king bed as well as a queen Murphy bed.
Whether you are here for a long weekend or prefer to spend a month or two, this home away from home is sure to please even the most discerning guest.

Great location, comfortable sleep spaces, responsive host
This property exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and we loved that each bedroom space had their own bathroom. The location could not have been better. Right in the middle of town yet tucked away so that its still a private area.
Overall great stay at 488 Main. The location on Main Street is fabulous. However as noted the third bedroom is an open loft which can be tough with children, privacy and there were some minor issues with things working but they were quickly addressed by management. The downstairs bedrooms were lovely with gorgeous bedrooms
There is no better location. Right across the street from the Old Edward's Inn and walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Cozy fireplace and comfy beds. We loved it and will definitely be back.
Loved staying at the condo. We were with family and friends for a dear friend’s child’s wedding. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great, and it was perfect for three couples. The kitchen was also wonderful! Hope to stay there again in the future.
The rental/management company is excellent to work with and so highly recommend using them and they will follow up multiple times. This particular condo is new clean and every well appointed plus totally convenient to everything on Main Street in Highlands!
Great location, beautiful place, BEWARE of 3rd bedroom!!!
The house is beautiful & the location can't be beat for staying in town! BUT the 3rd bedroom should not be classified as a private bedroom! It is an open LOFT with no door & it is right by the front door & all noise travels right up the stairs. The 2 downstairs rooms are gorgeous with amazing mattresses & heated bathroom tile floors! But for some reason the upstairs room is not nearly as nice. It's still a pretty & spacious room but the mattress is not great & the bathroom is nothing like the downstairs. The other issue is that it has a skylight over the bed which lets in a lot of light right at sunrise. We also had our 3 year old sleeping on the pull down bed. The pull down bed is great & very comfortable but it's just not ideal because she kept getting woken up every nap or at night when the adults wanted to hang out downstairs & talk. And then the skylight woke us all up every morning at 6..
Other than that room the house is beautiful & was a wonderful place!
