"The house was beautiful. It was quiet, cozy, great views. Room to comfortably fit our group of 6 (could go up to 10), with everyone having their own space. Easy drive to Grand Lake and Lake Granby. Great hiking close by. We enjoyed the sauna & the hot tub too. We spent a bit of time on the wrap around porch, in the rockers, soaking up the views."

"This house is beautiful, comfortable and very family friendly. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen is very spacious - we had 6 of us working in it! The fire pit is great and having all of the games kept us busy when we weren’t out-n-about.The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again."

"This place was perfect for our family. All the information and directions were very detailed, the place was really clean, and I was able to get a hold of the property manager really easy. If you want great views of the lake, be close to Hot Sulfur Springs, Grand Lake, and Winter Park Resort this is the perfect place to stay! We highly recommend this beautiful townhome!! "

"Our stay was absolutely incredible. We visited for our annual ice fishing trio, and it was hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.Before we arrived, Dawn was amazing, quick to respond and so helpful with recommendations for places to eat and things to do. That communication made everything feel smooth from the start.When we walked in, we were blown away. The photos truly do not do this home justice. It’s warm, beautifully designed, and truly high end. I’ve stayed at properties that look great online but have cheap furniture, not here. The furnishings and finishes are solid, stylish, and luxurious.The layout was perfect, especially with two master bedrooms. The beds had high-thread-count sheets (yes, I checked the tags) and towels were placed on every bed. They provided large, plush towels for showering and separate oversized towels for the hot tub, and there were plenty of them. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, which was so helpful! Small touches like beautifully folded towels made it feel like a private resort.The kitchen was fully stocked with high-end pots and pans and everything we needed. It even snowed, and a plow truck came within 24 hours. Close to Grand Lake and Granby, the best of both worlds. We never had to contact Dawn during our stay. Highly recommend!Everything feels solid, intentional, and luxurious. You can tell this home wasn’t just styled for photos, it was designed to be experienced. "

"Jen was excellent in hosting, replying and her home is excellent! Came for a long weekend to get out of town. Enjoyed everything the cabin had to offer! Hot tub was a super addition to the lovely place. After a long day on the lake, it was great to come home and get into the hot tub to warm up!We brought our dog with us, which was great to have the option. House came with dog dishes and beds for the dog - super cool! Very spacious and comfortable house, fit 6 of us plus the dog :) Definitely recommend and would 100% stay again!!!"
