This newly furnished and updated property features an outdoor gazebo, lounge deck, 2-tier patio, private dock and walking paths to take you all around the peninsula property, with endless nooks and crannies to explore, private seating spaces and tons of natural wildlife. The one-of-a-kind setting is incredibly private and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the lake.

Utilize the provided canoe, 2 stand-up paddle boards, paddle boat, rowboat or sit-on-top kayak. When it's chilly, bundle up in warm clothes to enjoy the stillness of the lake or head back inside and make yourself at home.

The property features a spacious living room equipped with a flat-screen cable TV and an inviting sunroom that's perfect for happy hour in the warmer months, or, hit the basement game room for some lively foosball or table shuffleboard. During your stay, you can easily prepare all your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen or on the outdoor gas grill.

There are plenty of options for where to enjoy meals with family and friends. We try to come to this rental every summer with the family! It is everyones favorite location. Easy lake access with plenty of water sport options to choose from. Clean beach within walking distance. Spacious house with games, books, a tv.

The house was immaculately clean and the rental company provided plenty of towels, linens and hotel style soaps and body wash. The property included a large dock (bigger than depicted in the posting) with 3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a rowboat and canoe with all required life vests. The house had plenty of common areas, including 2 patios/ decks and an all season room which provided a lot of hang out space for our family of 10

Great lakehouse for families!
We loved the home with the beautiful serene view of lake. There was more than enough room for our family of 7. The best part was having the grandkids explore the shore and peddle boating while sitting outside watching them and the incredible birds. The kitchen had all necessary items as well as linens were all clean and fresh. Decor is really clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful modern spacious lakehouse
There are many things I love about this house....it's only one hour from Staten Island,it's great for teens and older kids as well as younger ones.Twenty minutes away is a great town called Warwick.There is bowling,billiards,shopping, restaurant,treescape,horse back riding,zoo and a mining museum.Or you could just relax and take the boats out on the lake all day...That's exactly what we did.Love this place!

The conditions of the bathrooms and other rooms were embarrassing. Only the pictures can describe the run down condition. My family was appalled and did not use the bathrooms and showers. The overall rating for this listing was clearly obtained by cherry picking only the positive reviews. I do not expect this to be posted and will likely be swept aside. I stayed here in Feb and the terrible experience is still fresh in my mind. 4.9 out of 5 is laughable. The pictures tell it all, I wish this review would allow attachments.

Overall great stay!
The location and home are awesome! This was our second stay and we will definitely be back. The area, house and water are so, so inviting. The only things that need improvement, are the basic supplies, such as paper towels, dish detergent, dish washer detergent, trash bags. Also, the propane tanks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time staying in this house and it is spectacular. The kids love the double loft beds, foosball and water activities. The adults loved the tranquil lake, spotting the resident bald eagle, and enjoying being active on the lake. Love this house!

We stayed with our adult son for Christmas to be close to family. The house is just as described and the views of the lake were amazing. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of linens/ blankets. It was extremely cold outside but the house was cozy. We enjoyed watching ice skaters on the lake and had a wonderful Christmas!

Fantastic setting on the lake!
Our family of 7 and 2 pets loved this place and already booked again for next year. The house is very well appointed with everything that we needed and very comfortable. Plenty of grocery stores nearby and a cute little market deli with great take out sandwiches.

Very Enjoyable with Outstanding Views of Lake
Family of five stayed at this property for one week. House was clean and tidy upon arrival. We were pleased with the ample living room seating space, nice bedrooms, comfortable and spacious sunroom and large indoor dining area. We brought our own towels and bed sheets but there were plenty of each in the closets. The house has the most fantastic views of a gorgeous lake. We spent most of our time enjoying the lake from the patio with large outdoor table, the lower patio and the dock. Row boat, canoe, paddle boards, kayaks and paddle boats were enjoyed by all. We made a few runs to the well stocked local Acme supermarket for additional (food, etc) supplies. The only negatives were that the pots, pans and cooking utensils stored in the cabinets were dirty and had not been washed. Additionally, in the middle of the first night of our stay, it sounded like a smoke detector or alarm was going off in the house. Eventually, the alarm stopped. There was also a leak in the basement. We called and emailed the caretaker several times to alert him to the alarm and to the leak but he never responded which was quite disappointing. It would've been nice to have a dependable contact in case of emergency or questions. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit to this property tremendously and will return.

The property was just as advertised. We loved everything about it. Will definitely stay here again if we all make it back to NJ together again. Clean, neat, easy to get to and from, lots of fun toys. Only wish it had been summer. This would be the house to rent in summer!

I absolutely love this vacation rental- super-clean, private, comfortable, beautiful and gorgeous views of the lake surrounding the property. The owners and Trudy are wonderful! I love that there are multiple areas to relax with more than enough boating equipment and seating. Love the bbq grill, fire pit, and hammock. We will definitely return in the fall for the 3rd time! Oh how I wish I could buy this property and retire!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Views are beautiful and house was very clean. You really don't have to bring a thing. They have it all. Food shopping is 10 min away. Very easy to get around.I will rent this house again.
