"Nice hotel in very good location if you using public transport. 5min from train station and ski slopes. Great choice of restaurants around. "Nice new hotel, so everything was spot on, good location, my only gripe was that I checked in online to ‘save time’ in their words, but as typical in Slovakia check in was a long drawn out process where I had to show everything I had already put into online check in, so you basically wasted my time ..."

"Clean, warm and comfortable apartment. Kind and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Breakfast option is a bonus, but need to get in early, my favourite makovy pastry were running out quickly:) Pleasant stay, novy smokovec has lots to offer!"
