Springs vacation

We enjoyed the springs, nature walk, cedar key, downtown high springs ice cream. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable. The outdoor deck was wonderful to sit in am with coffee and evenings to relax. We would stay again. Our host was also very kind and responded quickly.

Near of the Springs

The house was clean and easy to find, just to a few blocks of the downtown. The rooms are big enough for families. Near of Ginnie Springs and Poe Springs. Perfect to stay near of nature.

Beautiful home

On arrival the house smelled so clean and fresh, so much space and very comfortable bed. Absolutely loved the master bedroom. Great location, was able to walk to a great Mexican restaurant down the road! Hope to visit again soon. Thank you for a great experience.

Great stay and delightful property. Very clean. Property owner very helpful in answering any questions we had. The property did seem to lead us to thinking there was a hot tub. The owner explained there is a jetted therapeutic tub in the master bath but nohot tub.inmmastbath,

Spotless and very well furnished

We stayed for a couple of days when we took our grandkids on a tubing trip to the Springs. The property is located close to the little downtown area so we could walk to restaurants and the ice cream place. It was absolutely spotless and ver y nicely furnished. The property manager was very responsive to our emails and made it very easy.

Cute house and great location!

This is a very nice property and exactly as described. It is clean and decorated nicely with a nice large backyard if you have pets along with you. The location is perfect - a short walking distance to the downtown area with shops, restaurants and bars. And the parks and springs in the area are beautiful. The hosts were super and had great communication throughout the entire process. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect location for spring hopping!

We’re just a few kayakers that love the springs. This was perfect for us to kayak down the Santa Fe River, close to Itchetucknee as well. Our pup enjoyed the home while we played in nature until it was time to enjoy a nice fire outdoors until bedtime. While the master is high it slept very comfortably. Great back yard and great accommodations

Wonderful location , beautiful historic home

We really loved staying here after spending all day at the springs ! The master suite has the best bathroom with huge jacuzzi tub to warm up and relax afterwards ! Beds were super comfy , house is spotless and is in the most convenient location to restaurants and shops in High Springs ! Walk over to The Great Outdoors Restaurant for dinner right from the house , and over to Colsie coffee in the morning , just right down the road for a good cup of coffee in the am ! We will be back !

Very clean, spacious property

We enjoyed this property for five nights. Great location, lovely backyard & patio with fenced in yard just perfect for our little fur babies. Host was easy to access. Comfortable and quite adequate. Master bed is quite high... may need a stool or stairs to get into. Definitely will return!

Nice stay at High Springs

We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues.

Springs

Back door did not shut properly. No dead bolt on back door, Areas updated but minor issues with paint peeling, Guessing guests did it. no blinds in living room and Blinds in bedroom I didn’t open thinking they may fall. Nice front porch for just sitting watching the world go by. Nice deck in the back and even a hammock in the backyard which is fenced.. Overall for the prize we were satisfied. If needed to be in that area again I woukd stay there.

We booked this house for a week and loved it! House is in a great location- we often walked to downtown for dinner- Prohibition Pizza was our favorite- and ice cream- Florida Creamery was so good! The house itself was perfect, plenty of space, a nice fenced backyard. Exceeded our expectations and I would absolutely stay here again!
