"This location was great for our purpose of visiting family in Port Jervis and was easy to find - even in the dark. Due to the lack of reviews, I'm guessing that this is a new listing and that there are kinks still being worked out. Without going into too much detail, there was no way the space had recently been cleaned and the description provided on the listing seems to be lifted from one of their other properties as there was no fire pit, no fireplace, no dishwasher and the house is definitely not riverfront. We only explored one river access point and were unimpressed. The "chairs" were unusable and there is no clear path to the river without trespassing on a neighbor's property. The kitchen, however, is as described and well-appointed. The property management group did address our concerns and accepted our feedback. The booking process with this group is intimidating as there are lots of rules, an extensive guidebook & a sizable security deposit hold placed on your credit card which feels excessive. Buyer beware- check the review of some other properties owned by this group before you go all in. All in all, I guess the price paid was worth it as it was better than staying in a hotel and hopefully they work out the kinks/cleanliness & make updates to the description. Once they do that, it will be a solid option for a short stay. Taking a risk that my honesty doesn't earn me a negative review since we always treat homes with the same respect we do our own."

"We were visiting for our daughtets wedding and needed a place mearby that accommodates pets. Nothing to look at on the outside but the inside is very nice. Very comfortableorganized and a good selection of teas and some coffee."

"Overall cleanliness was fine, bath mats in bathrooms were not clean. Covered in hair and dirt, very gross. Was not able watch anything on the tv apps without needing a parental code, which the property manager could not tell us. I had to sign into my own apps on the tv. So just be prepared for that. "
