High Falls Holidays from NZ$3,190

There were bugs in my shower and not very clean. Other than that it was a decent stay.

The original room was old and dirty. The bed was full of hairs. They upgraded us to a room that was renovated which was much better. The room was okay but not worth the price. The pictures on the site definitely do not look the same in person. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I loved just about everything about this hotel! You can’t beat the location, right in the middle of everything. What especially surprised me was that even though it’s so close to times square, my room was always quiet. The staff were absolutely incredible and accommodating. The only complaint i have is that there was no breakfast, because the Premier is being renovated. I would have liked to know that ahead of time, but that didn’t ruin how awesome this hotel was. If I come back to NYC I’m definitely staying here again.

Location is fantastic for access to museums. Sink drained to the floor so you have to stand in a cold puddle. Shower pressure was very low on the 8th floor. Heat didn't seem to work very well. Otherwise, simple and clean (if a bit worn) and I would stay again if those items could be fixed.

Kitchen was fine. I didn't use the laundry.
