"when I first arrived i was greeted and he was very nice gave me my key to my room, my family and I went into the room and it smelled just like a "skunk" well say..... i asked the front desk person to come smell just to show him that there is a smell and i am not trying to be that person he said he doesn't smell anything well i still asked for another room and he gave us one no problem easy fix. however the beds are nothing but springs, the bathtub is very "used" black rings and just not at all relaxing to shower in. later i found the "skunk" problem people were smoking outside the door that was next to the first room and my son and i had to walk by them every time to get to our car, IDK if the pool was open or not but it was TINY and full of green water. honesty not worth the price. "

"The pictures of the property I believe were taken when the dock was new. They didn't state that the boat lift worked...I assumed. My bad. Part of the boat dock was collapsed and in the water.Keep in mind you are right on the main highway with alot of 18 wheeler traffic. The house was very clean, everything that we used worked as expected. Alot of amenities such as games and cards. Plenty of parking for boat trailers. If you are not a fan of mexican food. Expect to go to Oak Grove. Recommendations of Little Freezer, Chopsticks for crawfish as well as Johnnys Pizza."

"Rooms in poor condition, second hand looking furniture, steps to the second floor rusted through and unsafe. The night clerk was very nice, and tried to be as helpful as possible, but woul not recommend as anything other than an emergency stop. If we hadnt been driving for 12 hours with 3 kids, we would have slept in the car"
