Front desk staff was lack luster. We were about an hour early for the 3pm check in and they were text book about the 3pm rule. We mentioned that on occasion, if the room was ready, we were allowed to check in. Another staff chimed in about signing up for a basic member application using a QR code for early check in. Good grief, we’ve been traveling, tired and that’s the least thing I felt like doing. After waiting and watching the staff figure things out, like magic, they allowed us to check in. In the past, the front desk staff were very kind and sincere but recently attitudes have changed. Although other staff greeting guests and staff in the Hanamiyabi lounge are very gracious.

love how the laundry machine was in our room! so useful. the only thing for my husband and i was when we lifted up the blanket and there was a bit of dried blood on the corner of it. not ours - we went to let the front desk know and they went to fix immediately.
