The I stayed in this hotel 3 times this year. Really enjoyed it. I like the public bath but it was crowded quite often.

I arrived at 2:15 pm. Check in time is 3:00 pm. I was made to wait 45 minutes in the lobby( with no comfortable chairs). The reason is that the rooms are not ready. This is a lie and has occurred to me before. Please be kinder to your GUESTS.
